I was looking for a Volvo C70 and was delighted to find a stunning example at a great price. William could not have been more helpful nor made the whole experience easier. He gave an honest description of the car and explained the delivery and buying process. Richard delivered the car on the day and time promised and took me through the vehicle comprehensively. Good service, quick to deliver

William was brilliant from day one to delivery. Sent pics of van and a walk round video.
Van was delivered by Richard a few days later and was exactly as shown.

William and Richard from Greenpoint Car are very helpful specialists in their field. I recently bought a vehicle there and had it shipped to Germany. They even picked me up from the airport to collect it. All the certificates and necessary paperwork were prepared, including taxes and insurance. I felt very well looked after at all times. The vehicle was as described. I am very happy with the purchase and can only recommend Greenpoint Cars. We used the time to do some Christmas shopping in London. Thank you again to William for his great restaurant and shopping tips for London. Everything went really well. I would buy a vehicle there again anytime.

Update due to not being able to reply to williams reply.
There isn't anything complex about the situation. We exercised our rights to return the vehicle under the consumer rights act 2015, I'm ment to have a refund within 14 days. We've been waiting since October.
The last correspondence I have had was the 19th of November telling me to " go though my insurance". We're still waiting for a reply.
There is nothing complex about this, and nothing is being delt with in a timely manner.

Google owners, look on companies house and Google owners names, look at past business ect. Can't write what we found on here as it gets banned but see Google reviews.
We bought a truck found it to be dangerous, used our consumer rights 30 days to reject still haven't taken it back, sold with a 6 month warranty also which means nothing. We're now taking them to court
We purchased a truck on the 17th of September.
Richard delivered it.
On using it we found the brakes pulsing and then when going to fill it up we found the fuel cap rotted, looking over the truck more and more finding more rust. Then the chassis snapped leaving the truck unusable. Despite trying to return it it's still here we get the usual legal emails then ignored.
Told to go though our insurance also.
We're now taking court action to recover our money.

I'd give 10 stars if I could, I purchased a van from Greenpoint, Richard is a top guy, it was the easiest stress free vehicle I have ever bought and I will definitely be buying from him again..

I purchased a car from Greenpoint Car sales in June 2022 and within minutes of driving it away a serious coolant warning appeared. Over the following weeks, both a Volvo main dealer and an independent mechanic confirmed significant faults with the engine. My attempts to resolve the issue directly with the dealer were unsuccessful and so I exercised my ‘30 day’ short term right to reject Under the consumer rights act of 1st October 2015. I lodged the matter with Trading Standards and pursued the case (successfully) through the Small Claims Court. The process took years and was only recently concluded but was nonetheless worthwhile.

I dealt directly with an employee of Greenpoint Car sales throughout, and after the issues arose, I later discovered publicly available news articles about his alleged past business-related convictions. I would absolutely encourage potential buyers to research thoroughly, obtain independent inspections, and be aware of their consumer rights before even considering proceeding with a purchase.

I had the pleasure of buying a car from this small independent family business, nothing was to much trouble, I was pushed for time and they brought the car to me at no charge and let me have a test drive also, with no obligation. They sorted out the all the relevant documents for DVLA. I am over the moon with my purchase, everything in the advert was as it said.

Found Greenpoint via auto trader. They are based a 10 minute drive from me. Went to look at a freelander 2 that my wife wanted. Richard was patient, pleasant and polite and took his time on a Sunday to come and see us. We walked away with the car that day with no pressure. He has even since offered to post the service book out to us!
