Bought a fiesta from Richard as our sons first car. From the initial phonecall we've received a very friendly and helpful service.
Richard was great with getting a new MOT done and the car delivered to us the next day. All questions and queries have been answered immediately by Richard and the car has run beautifully so far.
Would definitely recommend.

Bought a van via Richard after I wrote my othe van off.
Van was exactly as advertised and am really pleased.
Richard texted me a couple if weeks later to see if I was happy ( which is un heard of by any other dealer i have dealt with ).
I had a couple of very minor issues ,both of which Richard told me to address and I would be re imbursed.
Couldn't ask for a better service than that really !!

Our registered charity donated funds to a family in financial difficulty for purchasing a family car. The funds were sent to Greenpoint in exchange for a 9-seat van just before Christmas. The vehicle subsequently developed major faults and became undriveable well within the 6 month warranty period. The dealer has not rectified the faults within a resonable time and has now stopped engaging with the customer. The family has now been without transport for over a month and Greenpoint has retained the vehicle and the funds. We sincerely hope that this situation is resolved quickly and will update this review with new information as appropriate.

We are disappointed that the trader has chosen to respond in this way. We note that he has chosen to characterise a customer and a charity as 'a double act' and by his own admission appears to have made an explicit statement making service and discharge of obligations conditional upon removing a review.

We would respectfully draw attention to sections 225, 228 and 229 of the DMCC Act 2024 and Reg 7 CPR 2008 for any customers experiencing similar behaviour.

Just bought a car from Richard, service and delivery second to none. Never ordered a vehicle before seeing or testing it first so was dubious, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richards company.

As someone who hasn’t bought many cars before, Richard and everyone at Greenpoint made my experience seamless. I would 100% recommend to my family and friends. They are extremely knowledgeable and will go above and beyond. Thank you.

Don’t buy a car from them — they are big fraudsters. We bought a car from them for £4,400, and since then it has had so many problems over the past six months. Today we’re stuck in Birmingham at a service center because the car has lost power. We’ve already spent the same amount on repairs as what we originally paid (£4,400). So in total, we’ve invested around £4,400 more into it. Avoid them — they are very dishonest and low-quality people.

Purchased a Berlingo and communication with the company was great, they provided a fresh MOT and did any advisories work that was needed as well as a walk around video. Delivery was ealier that expected which was great. Would recommend them and deal with again in the future

I had a fantastic experience with Richard. I don’t have much knowledge when it comes to cars, so I was definitely coming from a place of uncertainty, but he made the whole process feel easy and reassuring. He helped me choose the perfect car for my needs, and I still absolutely love it.

The car has been running really well, with no issues beyond normal wear and tear. When I collected it, it was spotless, and Richard took the time to walk me through everything inside, explaining all the features and controls, which I really appreciated.

Overall, the experience was completely smooth and stress-free. I’ve already recommended Greenpoint to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

Google the sellers name! And be weary of anyone that has to register a business under their wife’s name instead of their own.

Sold a faulty car, took back to repair and did a dodge job, hoping it would make do till the warranty had run out and when it didn’t and it broke down again within the warranty blocked me and has disappeared off the face of the earth. Other than to report my review. Glad your alive and well Richard.

Richard was very helpful when I called to enquire about the car after seeing the advert. He answered all my questions patiently and delivered the car all the way to south-west Wales.
Very happy with the car and service provided.

Richard was very helpful. Answered every question. Sent us loads of hi-res pictures and videos of the car and paperwork. Pointed out flaws and that didn’t show in pictures so there would be no surprises. Got a fresh MOT and delivered the car to our door, the entire experience was a pleasure. 10/10 service.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Avoid Greenpoint Car Sales Ltd (Epping)!

I bought a car from Greenpoint Car Sales Ltd in Epping, and within just three weeks it completely broke down. The trader had it recovered to a gearbox specialist, where it’s now been sitting for over two and a half weeks — meaning I’ve been without the car for more than a month in total.

The specialist has already diagnosed the fault and given the cost of the repair, but the trader is refusing to authorise the work or take any responsibility. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I’m entitled to a repair or refund, yet they continue to ignore this.

This whole situation has been stressful, time-wasting, and completely unfair. Once they sold me the car, all communication and support stopped. I would strongly advise anyone to stay well away from Greenpoint Car Sales Ltd — their after-sales service is shocking and they do not stand by the cars they sell.
UPDATE:-THIS CAR WAS NEVER USED FOR TAKE AWAY DELIVER’S DON’T KNOW WHERE YOU GOT THAT FROM ONLY TO AND FROM WORK. PLEASE PEOPLE READ OTHER REVIEWS AS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE IN THIS SITUATION.

Car buying made very easy. Richard a pleasure to deal with quality cars at a decent price. Helpful and informative without the usual blagging. Car delivered and paperwork sorted.

From the first phone call to delivery Richard could not have been more helpful. The Freelander is great and good value for money. Highly recommend Greenpoint Car Sales and would definitely use them again.
