Jaguar XF without any fuss or problems and William delivered it to our door yesterday we have been out today and it is excellent. I saw the car advertised and rang to enquire.. Due to my work commitments I didn't have chance to travel over 200 miles to view/test drive the vehicle..
Richard couldn't have been more helpful.. I paid a small deposit and secured the vehicle - Richard then drove it to me, where I checked it out and took it for a long test drive.. The car was as advertised, and I was even sent over 30 extra pictures and a short walk around video before it arrived for peace of mind.
I have to admit I was a bit sceptical at the start, as I've never bought a vehicle this way before, as I'd generally go to view/test drive them etc... but Richard made the process so easy.
I would highly recommend Greenpoint Car Sales Ltd - I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Never before have I brought a car without physically seeing it and giving it a test drive and I was concerned, but I didn't need to be. My suzuki scross was exactly as described and more, I love it.
Richard sent me more photos/video and information about the car and took my old car as part exchange.
William, Richard's son drove the suzuki to me and took my old car away. I Took the suzuki for a test drive with William and he was very informative as I'm not used to newer gadgets.
They have also provided a 6 month warranty.
Richard also dealt with all the paperwork, new ownership, and informed the dvla of the trade, there was nothing that i needed to do.
A great family company and will recommend them to everyone I know that is looking at buying a car. Friends and family members have been very impressed with the deal that I got.
A great car at a great price with an amazing service what more could I have asked for. Thank you so much Richard and William, a 150% service.

Just as the train was coming into Exeter I had a txt from Richard telling me where the car was parked. What time he left Essex I dread to think. Very nice surprise though, in addition to the 12 months MOT, the timing belt had been changed. Richard also suggested he'd forward the invoice for our service record.

Drove back the 100 miles to my home, everything smooth, gear change lighter than the previous Octavia we'd been using for the last nine years, engine also less rattly. I've been told these engines will run for 250000 miles plus if looked after.
Did discover radio display non operative, was able to cannibalise the previous Skoda and now all good
So far, two weeks after taking delivery at Exeter station no significant problems or issues, Greenpoint seems a genuinely 5* motor sales and I'd happily buy from them again based on my experience so far
Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that they were kind enough to look out for the spare key, so we've actually got them both. Really helpful of them.
So safely received the invoice for timing belt and water pump replacement, Greenpoint paid £408 inc VAT . Very pleased

I recently purchased a vauxhall combo van from green point car sales and even though I live in Scotland the sale went fantastic with dealer driving vehicle up at no charge to my location , in fact the dealer even gave me money to put fuel in the vehicle as it was low from the long drive.
The condition of the vehicle far exceeded my expectations.
A few days later I was contacted by dealer saying that it’s just came to his attention that the timing belt is due to be changed in the next 3500 miles so he arranged for it going into a local garage from my location and dealer will pay all costs .
Couldn’t fault them from start to finish 👍

I met william on site as arranged, viewed the vehicle I was interested in & had a informative chat no hard sell & very polite & friendly I’m very pleased with the vehicle & all service records supplied with it,
Would definitely buy from this business again, ps car was purchased & delivered to my home address within a couple of hours you won’t get better service than that

Bought a Skoda Yeti 1.2 from this dealer recently. Despite being almost on the opposite ends of the country, inquired about the car on the Friday, had it driven in person all the way the following Monday.

Everything about the car was as described. Was very helpful with reassuring me as I was defrauded out of a previous purchase from another seller. Couldn't of been more helpful if they tried.

Highly recommended & we need more family ran business's like this who genuinely value the customer.

A note to people who see the negative feedback. Sometimes things fail or don't go well. But always check a users feedback history because some people just troll companies with negative feedback out of spite or for money.

Greenpoint Car Sales Ltd has been nothing but excellent with me & the car checked out & runs like a dream. Always take the view of the majority of feedback, not the minority, because even the companies with the best intentions in the world with excellent customer service get things wrong time to time.

Just took the car in for it's first MOT since buying it last year & it passed with only 1 advisory, a slight oil leak that isn't of any concern but had to put as an advisory.

So tyvm for such a lovely car & true to their word on its condition.

I had a negative experience with this seller. After purchasing a car, I discovered that it required over £1,000 in repairs to run properly, despite having a clean MOT. I would strongly recommend having any car checked by a mechanic before purchasing. In my opinion, the communication was overly defensive and unhelpful when I raised concerns. I also encourage potential buyers to read the reviews here, research the seller's background on Google, and do additional research on the company's history. Please proceed with extreme caution with this company!

I am writing this totally unsolicited revue in whole hearted appreciation at my car buying experience with Green Point Car sales. I purchased a second hand vehicle from them in July this year 2024 which came with an unblemished MOT history, 6 months warranty and fully valeted. Through sheer bad luck six weeks later the clutch failed. With foreboding I informed Richard from Greenpoint of the problem, who immediately put my mind at rest and without any quibble put the repair process in hand. This involved a 35 mile trip by Richard to assess the problem followed by two more trips by his mechanic to fix the problem. What at first appeared to be a simple fix turned out to be more involved and expensive than at first appeared, which must have negated any profit made by the sale of this motor. However, all this was done without any fuss or complaint and as such I have nothing but the highest regard for the people at Greenpoint. If you are looking to buy a used vehicle I would advise that you could do no better than to visit William and Richard at Greenpoint. They really do have your best interests at heart. Car was exactly as advertised if not better Really nice sales man William.Had to wait for me as I couldn't get there till the evening and I was a bit late.M.O.T. had been done that day came with 6 months warranty and delivered to my house free of charge 9am next morning .fantastic service would definitely recommend Greepoint

Spotted a Volvo V70 through AutoTrader which Greenpoint was advertising. William responded immediately and comprehensively to my message enquiry, and within a few hours we had done the deal by phone for its purchase. William delivered it all the way from Epping to Dorset personally, and the car was beautifully presented, exactly as advertised. When it developed an intermittent power steering issue soon after delivery, Richard committed without hesitation to resolving it, and he then made the long trip from Epping to Dorset, taking the V70 away but leaving me with a more than suitable loan replacement. The problem was diagnosed and fixed, and the V70 was then returned to me in A1 condition. I have nothing but praise for Greenpoint - their pricing is fair, they are totally professional to deal with, and as demonstrated here, they don't walk away from problems as some others might attempt to do. I would buy from them again, and thoroughly rìecommend them to anyone looking for a quality, great value used vehicle
