Good morning, I am so upset. I have sent you o less than 5 COMMUTATION Sasking for a STATUS update on orders that I have not receiv5ed since septem4ber?? I use to shop with you all the time but you DON'T even respond
..I have no less than 4 orders pending UNFULFILLED from SEPTEMBER to November.

I will not take REFUND I wantwhati orders(I spent 10z of dollars that has never been fulfilled. If you can not be. Bothered to resp4ond x within the next 58 hours I will report your company y to the bbb..

I don't know what happened to your company but I have ordered from u for years and I have never had thos happen. I am completely let down y your company's disregard for orders like a sweater and coat that y the time u get uf u e er get them it will be spring. Again please respond and don't offer .e credit. I want the 4 items I ordered. I will be PUTTING IN A BBB COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB BECAUSE THIS IS NOT RIGHT.

I wish we could give negative stars. If you just want to throw money away then this is the company for you. I sent back some items that didn't fit, next thing I know the website is shut down. After commenting on their Facebook page and being lied to and told I'dbe contacted within 24 hours, along with several other customers that hadn't received their orders at all, the site was up partially with an email link. They lied and said it was the distributor, but after several email attempts, I still have yet to get a response. The site is back up, no doubt to scam a few more people out of money for orders they'll never see. After having been a customer for about 2 years and having spent about $1000 with this company, I'm absolutely disgusted at their lack of consideration to at least reply to emails!

This store is a piece of crap. I ordered a tracksuit from them in September and it is still has not arrived three months later. I have tried to contact the company multiple times to no avail. I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund.

I had an excellent experience with Gritty Soul. Quality clothing, fast ship, fast response when I had a question!

I purchased a set in September2023, after reaching out to the company on several occasions they assured me I would receive my item in October. I never received the purchase and now when I try to reach out to the company I received a message saying this company is not available. I spent close to $90.00 and want a full refund. How do I go about getting my money back?

I placed an order on November 1st and I still haven't received it. I was told I'd receive tracking info on November 27th I haven't received that either. I've dm'd and emailed the company and no one will respond to either.

I placed an order with them at the end of October, and I have been getting the runaround. They claim they were having issues with the vendor, yet I had to reach out to them. The last time I heard from them, they said my order would be shipped out the following week. It is December 4th, yet I have not heard anything. I’ve sent several emails over the weekend, yet they have not responded. I’m very disappointed. Poor Customer service, and no professionalism whatsoever. I want my outfit I ordered. This is utterly ridiculous. You try to pay patronize, African-American businesses, and this is the end result. But once I receive my item, I will never order from them again.

Buyer beware!!! This place is a total scam. I have ordered from them twice in the last two years and I have received none of the items I’ve ordered. Their communication is less than zero. Do not order from this company. You will never get your items.

I put money down 2 years ago for a patch jogging pants. I never got a notification the pants were back in stock. I sent an email requesting my money back. I never got a response or my money back. YOU make us look bad. Oh but lets support one another.

Clothing size is off big time... The pants are nice... Cheap material tho... I ordered an XL and they look like a medium..couldn't get them up at all.. And the pants has no stretch at all... Just a waste of my money. I ordered a shirt with this order and haven't received the shirt. It says still processing.. I ordered both items 8/9 a d neither were on back order. I emailed them telling them to cancel the shirt order. They haven't responded yet...

I purchased a pair of jeans from Gritty Soul in 2021. I never received the jeans they claimed they were out of stock. I submitted an order for a different pair and asked them to apply the $100.00 to the new order and that unprofessional company told me that I had received the jeans. I reached out to that bogus company several times and received no resolution. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT patronize with this company they are dishonest and file.

I would be cautious ordering from this company. Very poor customer service. Sizes to the clothing are wrong. So size up. Check the BBB reviews. All similar complaints. I ordered from the company one time and nevered ordered again because of poor business practices.

Terrible customer service. I bought a denim jacket, with faux leather trim. I wore the jacket one time for a dinner date one evening and it shredded. There's no way I can wear it again. I asked for a refund and they refused. They knew that jacket wasn't any good when they sold it. I've NEVER experienced anything like it. Terrible customer service, buyer beware. I tried settling via email and website. I have also filed a complaint with BBB. Do not buy from them.

This company is the worse!!! If your looking to receive your purchases DO NOT COUNT ON IT!!! I purchased this item 2/27 to be given 2 dates that my items would be shipped after I reached out to them for an update. Then I advised them that I would give them till 3/29 to ship my items and they never did I believe they had no intentions on sending my items therefore I requested a refund which was completed in 48hrs they were just holding my $$ I guess hoping I wouldn't request a refund the service is crap!! They think just because they are black owned and I assume they have a large customer base they can pick and choose to do certain customers this way and are definitely not equal across the board with customers so don't take a chance in being their next victim
