Product never arrived so they said they had sent another but that has never materialised and they are ignoring my emails.

Update - after posting this review they quickly arranged for another delivery and refund of postage given I had waited several days.

I was a young man when I first ordered from Growell. I'm now grey, middle aged and miserable.

.. But growell must be doing something right😆

My items arrived very quickly.
Customer service has been great, fast responses and very helpful. I would purchase from here again.

Ordered a fan online during a heatwave which actually wasn’t in stock at my local store. Staff on telephone very apologetic and advised me to cancel and get a refund. I decided to wait for the item to be restocked, but unfortunately it remained unavailable. My email was responded to promptly and a refund issued the next day.

I have used GroWell for a while and would recommend them. Good service.

Have bought multiple times and liked what I got.

Had a problem with one item and was treated well,
first with sound technical input and then a no fuss return.

This is my review more to follow from fiends honestly I’ve been waiting for lights for weeks growell used to be good there shit now do not buy from them slow delivery don’t answer phone waste of time so many better places to shop same prices etc

Great. Requested a refund and it was actioned in seconds. I’d made a mistake but they helped me rectify it quickly. Thank you.

DHL had lost my order, growell were very helpful with another dispatch

They rectify issues straight away. Even gave me discount on an order. Easy to contact and don’t have you going round in circles.

From the outset of having a query and needing to know more, the advice given from Amy, clearly shows she knows her stuff, whilst also being interested and really wanted to sort what product was best for my needs; this shows above all, something as rare as hen's teeth these days with customer care and that is a caring, friendly nature - she is good at her job - give her a promotion and a pay rise!

I gave a 4 ,normally a 5,, ,from ordering and get notifications, delivery date ,was resolved quickly, customer service contacted me apologise,now we are friends again, lol..time is important.

well it seems growell is back to its former self ,letting down its customers. did an order over a week ago a still no sign of me getting what i paid for. had email from dpd a week ago saying we are expecting a parcel from growell. rang this morning ,they have no idea about my parcel . comes to something when every time you order you have to ring to see where it is, this has happen 9 times out of the 10 times ive ordered,even then when it does arrive, its normally wrong products ,absolute joke.for me its the final straw for growell and one stop grow shop this time. ill be ordering from greens holiculture from now on .
