Customer service team was fantastic and went above and beyond to help resolve issues raised from funding sources, the shop / team themselves were absolutely spot on and top notch!

Unfortunately I had to cancel my order. Really wanted to try the light hanger out. But I neglected to notice that it was costing 10x the price of the parts to ship. It is an international shipment, but DAYAM!!🤣 I thank customer service for getting this order cancelled! I’ll keep an eye on your site, maybe I’ll need enough to qualify for free/cheap shipping sometime in the near future..?? Tanks!!

Great service and pricing and very responsive on an email I sent just a day before about a defective item which immediately got refunded.

Stay away taken my money for £300 order and over a week no reply to emails not goods not even shipped joke of a company and iv used this site for years the last time being a few years ago was spot on not any more stay away

Absolutely diabolical DO NOT ORDER from this site i ordered nearly 2 weeks ago the package never turnt up nd i was not kept updated i requested refund on pay pal then sender resent by a different company which ive sat in all day for to get a email after expected delivery time saying cant find address when no one tried awful experience terrible company dont waste ur time or money on these people there useless

Stay away from them, they're scammers. When I realized I had to pay 9 pounds for the HPS I purchased, after accepting payment, I ended up paying 34 pounds. They assured me they'd refund the money within 5 business days. They sent me this HPS instead of giving me my money back as they promised

Had a small problem with my Grove bag and when I contacted the team they went above and beyond and sent me a replacement the same day asl they where rally polit in there email would definitely recommend.end
