LED GROW SHOP UK Reviews

Fast delivery,

LED grow shop for me has been excellent in every way. Next day delivery guarantee is next to none. Customer service excellent experience with Excellent communication All in all this has to be one of the best online shops I’ve dealt with.

It's when things go wrong when you find out truly what a business things did go wrong but the way they handled it was bang on went the extra mile too gey things sorted which they did thank you and the product is good too

Both times I've used LED Grow shop the ordering, processing and delivery have all been superb.

Great for AV

Quiet fans with good control options are exactly what you need for cinema rooms too - really happy with the product and the service, and thanks Harry for answering my silly questions.

Very pleased, will use again.

Ill never forget this company the first in the uk to stock the most durable fans, their customer service has been so kind and have gone out of there way about all queries though ive never had an issue with any order and i keep coming back :)

Surprised by the speed of the delivery. Fantastic customer care and highly recommended. Thank you LED Grow shop.

Love these guys! They are so helpful on the phone :) Got a full kit delivered last week and now I just had to get the propagation tent.

Would not order again as it stands, currently. We have spent £360 on equipment that didn't work together as described when it arrived.

However we are working with the supplier on a resolution and will update as we progress.

Excellent Service - Items delivered as specified. Website easy to navigate and plenty of options. This is how service should be. I will definiately be using them again.

Great fast service items package discreetly fast delivery everything you need in one shop great service keep going lads

Always good value, good communication and swift discrete delivery

These guys just have the service absolutely nailed. I have tried all the grow shops over the years but they just don't deliver the goods on time. Needed a new light and I rang them at 4:10pm and they managed to get me an EVO6 delivered the next morning at 11am. I don't even bother getting my AC Infinity from anyone else now

Spent over a thousand pound on there website. Tried returning one item. Got told my parcel is lost and I will not receive a refund. Disgraceful how they treat there customers. If you buy something they don’t take it back be warned….. now they write there willing to resolve.
reply to my emails or just issue the refund I have proof of the company saying they have received the parcels. But still no refund. Joke

I have had many transactions with LedGrow shop, large and small, always the same polite friendly communication and super fast delivery via leading couriers. Until recently my AC Infinity gear has performed without missing a beat 24/7 for years. Then without any preamble one of my ventilation fans just died, a message to LedGrow shop and a warranty return code was issued, the day after the faulty item was recieved a new replacement was delivered. I could not be more impressed.

Clear and informative site, good pricing, next day delivery at a good price and the products are excellent and exactly as described.

Outstanding!! I use led grow shop for all my growing needs. I made multiple orders and the delivery fees were waved and I received more free merch with my order. Other shops should follow the great customer service experience provided by led grow shop but they don't.

Harry your a legend brother and extremely sound🙏🏻

I am creating beautiful things all thanks to led grow shop.

Thank you sincerely!!

great turn around, pleasure to buy from you.

I got the wrong end of the stick when dealing with a return from this company and jumped to a lot of conclusions. When I finally got in touch with the owner, he couldnt have been nicer and more helpful and left me feeling like an idiot. I will continue to use this company and recommend them and I hope my poor comments are deleted forever.
