LED GROW SHOP UK Reviews

Superb customer service and fast shipping and delivery. Ac Infinity are phenomenal products. Thank you

Placed an order for a set up. All arrived very fast with everything packaged very well. The customer support before and after purchase is excellent. Can’t fault the company at all.

Very good products and service. Never let us down these guys, we order it and just arrives fast every time. Hope you get the Terraform soon.

Purchased the AC Infinity Pro not for growing anything but for straight forward ventilation under a recently built suspended wooden floor to avoid moisture build up and regulate humidity levels, the equipment turned up very quickly through DPD. I took the kit out of the box made all the connections, switched on the power and there you go easy as pie - maybe I should have downloaded the App which would have helped the initial setup using my android phone as this was even easier than the manual instructions. 10/10. thank you.

Great service got my heat mats earlier than expected

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service Every Time

I’ve ordered from LED Grow Shop many times now, and every single order has been an amazing experience. Their service is consistently flawless — deliveries are always fast, packaging is secure and discreet, and the products arrive in perfect condition.

What really sets them apart is their customer service: professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful every time I’ve needed support. It’s rare these days to find a company that gets everything right, but LED Grow Shop does exactly that.

I have never had a single issue with them, and I can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for reliable equipment and a hassle-free shopping experience.

Great shop. Good customer care. Can’t complain

Fast delivery quality product. Thankyou for smooth transaction.

Good quality item, does exactly what I need. Fast delivery

Great staff. Was a pleasure to do business with. Next day discreet delivery

Honestly by far the best company out there, not only do they have the highest quality products on the market but they are a fraction of the price you'll pay elsewhere, delivery is as described spot on!
Customer service is outstanding and I couldn't thank them enough from the first to all future purchases, I will definitely be sticking with them in the future, as a customer your actually appreciated and listened to other than most other places just want you to buy and shove you out the door, honestly best about if you thinking of going elsewhere I'd rethink that

Top service and I mean top service, delivery is fast and prices are fair considering AC infinity is insanely expensive but you pay good money for the best equipment.

Definitely will be back when they get in the Ac infinity control plug socket.

Thank you LED GROW
