Great service
Great service, really friendly and knowledgeable team,
I called regarding a technical issue I was experiencing with nutrients and although this was something I hadn’t brought from there shop adam was still willing to help me out, he gave me a great amount of insight in to the product I was using.
With customer service like this, I’ll definitely be purchasing my next upgrades through these guys.

I ordered an aquarium heater which arrived quickly, but the glass enclosure was damaged when the packaging was opened. Customer services were contacted and Beth arranged to have a replacement sent the same day. great customer service and i will certainly be using their services again.

Great Customer Service
Part of my delivery was delayed and I had to contact customer services who were excellent. They got on it straight away, found out what was happening asnd kept me fully informed.

Led lights purchase
Bought 2 led lights unfortunately 1 arrived damaged after a quick call to Beth in customer services a few pictures and emails the matter was promptly resolved. Excellent communication throughout and overall a positive experience and outcome . Thank you Beth for all your help

I used the chat line which led to an email exchange between a lady, called Beth, and myself. She was most helpful and was able to help me sort out my problem.
My order, arrived, later today and without her help I would have duplicated my order.

We went in not knowing what we were really looking for but Matt was so knowledgeable and helpful, he fixed us up with what we needed and his help and advice was invaluable.

Exemplary support
Renate followed up my order before I could report that the courier had failed to deliver the goods. Problem sorted quickly and without fuss. I just wish more customer support teams were as helpful, friendly and proactive. Easily the best I've ever come across.
