Easy online ordering. Parts available. Friendly and helpful counter staff.

Wrong part was advised to be the correct part for car on the website, I then took the part back in and asked for the correct one bearing in kind this was a set of wipers, I was then told there was a diffrence in price of £6 that I would need to pay as the correct part costed more. Surely this could have been discounted for the inconvenience caused to me as a customer ? Never the less will not be using this store unless I can not get the parts anywhere else and if it is my only option put it this way I will be very hesitant.

The young man on the front counter is so very helpful, polite, and is always ready to help with any enquiry.

My parcel never came ???

Not sure if I got a fake part? I tried contacting them but got no response. I ordered a febi belt but received a different brand inside the box. I looked online and these were totally different companies with the brand I received being prone to squaking/ slipping and this on a car that has never had a problem before in eleven years! AI says that the two totally separate companies sometimes put their competitor products in their own boxes but why? They would need to source the product surely making it more expensive than simply putting their part in the box? I have put my order reference in the box so hopefully I will get a response.

I ordered parts on 23 aug 2026 and haven’t received anything . I send them emails about 10 times and takes so long to reply as well as every time i got different replies . At the end they said it been lost in transit although they never provided the tracking . Then they said they have rebooked it but I hasn’t got anything from last 5 days . It’s nearly a month I ordered the parts.its so embarrassing, worst service I have ever experienced in my life.

Tried to create an account on their web site, it keeps saying I haven’t completed the CAPTCHA but there isn’t any CAPTCHA to complete, on two different devices I’ve tried. I ordered it as guest at the end. At collection I’ve waited with another customer for at least 10 mins while stuffs coming through the counter several times. There’s a bell to signal for service and a sign asking customers to only ring the bell once, made me think customers too often have to wait far too long and keep ringing the bell.

Now a few days has passed after I’ve collected my bulbs, have the receipt with me and everything; I still got SMS and emails telling me I haven’t collected the items.

Terrible website - practically forces a discount on you and theres nowhere to input it - their webchat is hopeless - sort it out you jokers!
