The part l ordered online from your app did not fit. When it showing on your app as suitable for my vehicle. So either the person who gave the part made a mistake or your website data is wrong. In any case it was bad experience for me when your car is left unable to drive because you taken off old filter and drained the oil.👎

Terrible experience. Items showing as available turned out to be out of stock, and the communication was honestly awful. Getting a straight answer was difficult, and I was left chasing for information that should have been communicated in the first place. Overall, really disappointing service and not an experience I'd want to repeat.

I received an open package. I had ordered ac pro seal and the pack was already opened before. I don’t understand as to how an open pack product would be given out. Not happy with it.

Got my brake discs and pads. They were ready for pick up in 30 minutes. I didn’t know that there was two size variations. I took them back and the guy found the correct ones and refunded straight away great service and price. Definitely worth using GSF.

Well my issue is resolved after almost a week and full refund made by them i think parts are best and cheap compare to others plus 30% discount must be continued well service is fast rapid friendly charming some time i would go to them always well i do meet me over there and grab some offer stuff why not.thank you all more offer and Quality parts needed'

I bought a wiper blade for £9 something after 30% off (a bit like a DFS sale!) Bit I went back to mu car and ordered and paid online, taking up one of your parking spaces while I did so. I was shocked to see the invoice had some fictitious discount from £21 something. Even Halfords don't charge that!
Andy Burnham has promised to crack down on things like this, and rightly so!

Had a part in stock which I initially thought would be difficult to source. Good price too and close to home.

Very competitive prices and brilliant customer service. I was called within five minutes of placing the order to say it is ready for collection. Asked if it can be held till the end of the week and there was no problem.

m just buying for battery for six months ago Car Battery and now it’s gonna be battery flat. I’m going to Shop. There’s need to keep for 24 hour. After two minutes, they said it’s good but his fault he still not Work then I’ll go for my Macanic Macanic check is better his fault can I buy a new battery for Euro car parts? I totally find my car. I ordered 3 off items, and paid for them.
Before the order was dispatched I received notification that one item could not be supplied, despite showing as in stock. The refund I received was rounded down to the nearest pound!
The order was delivered, the package was completely battered and abandoned on my doorstep.

When I opened the package, The rear wiper blade packaging had been previously ripped open and accessories were missing.

Despite the wiper blade showing as compatible for my vehicle on the website, it clearly isn't! I now have to exchange it in-store.

If I'd known that this was going to be the case I would have maded my purchases in the first place.

I have always had great service in-store, but in this instants I assume that my order was delt with by a third party logistic organisation (DPD) the experience was very poor and casts a shadow over GSF.

As GSF is my most convenient shop to go to for the in-store experience, I will be exploring alternative options.

I ordered my parts online for delivery. They never sent me a tracking number. They then delivered to the wrong address and wouldn’t refund me an up until now they are refusing to refund me. I asked them for the tracking number and the staff member lied and said that he gave it already

Easy to order parts and got them in store for collection by the afternoon. Very helpful staff on phone and in store. Would definitely use again.
