The most friendly, jolly and knowledgeable sales people at the Eastbourne I have met for a long time. I ordered the wrong part which I returned, they found the right part and replaced it with no fuss whatsoever. Great service

I ordered the battery and oil filter for click and collect from the Hayes store which showed available and in-stock. As per policy, the parts should be available after 30 minutes of ordering. I arrived about an hour after I ordered and waited in the line for collection. When it was my turn to collect I was disappointed to know that the oil filter was not available and they told me they can refund the money for it and come by tomorrow to get an oil filter. What is more annoying is that I could even see other brands oil filters available but they were not able to give me that too as a replacement. Terrible customer service from my experience.

Ordered parts using vehicle registration number. They turned out to be the wrong parts. I have tried for months to get a refund being passed between the local store, head office and clear pay. Have been told twice I would receive refund within 48 hrs, didn’t! Eventually received less than 25% refund of the full purchase price. Will not use this company again in fear of losing my money. Bad customer service. Very disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic experience at GSF Car Parts in Watford South, all thanks to Mr Issa. He was extremely polite, professional, friendly and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to assist me, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find staff who care this much about the customer. Mr Issa is a real credit to the team – highly recommend!

For the second time in a row, GSF Telford supplied the completely wrong part for my vehicle. This happened despite me explicitly asking the counter staff before collecting the item to double-check that the parts were correct for my car's fitment.

Because of their negligence, my car was left dismantled for an extra hour, forcing me to pay extra mechanic labor fees. I also had to pay out of pocket for alternative transport. In total, I had to travel around 6.9 miles each side twice back to the store just to sort out their mistake.

When I called ahead to request a refund, they told me they would "sort it out" for me. However, when I arrived, the branch manager, Matt, was incredibly rude. He completely dismissed the situation by saying "mistakes happen" and flatly refused to return my money, saying: "We can't give you money straight away, it doesn't happen here."

When I insisted on getting something in writing, he aggressively told me, "I know your face." Only after I continued to insist did he finally write a note on the invoice saying they would help with my next order, claiming that if I showed proof of my garage expenses, they might give me a £5 or £10 discount. This is by far the worst, most hostile customer service I have ever experienced.

The part l ordered online from your app did not fit. When it showing on your app as suitable for my vehicle. So either the person who gave the part made a mistake or your website data is wrong. In any case it was bad experience for me when your car is left unable to drive because you taken off old filter and drained the oil.👎

Terrible experience. Items showing as available turned out to be out of stock, and the communication was honestly awful. Getting a straight answer was difficult, and I was left chasing for information that should have been communicated in the first place. Overall, really disappointing service and not an experience I'd want to repeat.

I received an open package. I had ordered ac pro seal and the pack was already opened before. I don’t understand as to how an open pack product would be given out. Not happy with it.

Got my brake discs and pads. They were ready for pick up in 30 minutes. I didn’t know that there was two size variations. I took them back and the guy found the correct ones and refunded straight away great service and price. Definitely worth using GSF.

Well my issue is resolved after almost a week and full refund made by them i think parts are best and cheap compare to others plus 30% discount must be continued well service is fast rapid friendly charming some time i would go to them always well i do meet me over there and grab some offer stuff why not.thank you all more offer and Quality parts needed'

I bought a wiper blade for £9 something after 30% off (a bit like a DFS sale!) Bit I went back to mu car and ordered and paid online, taking up one of your parking spaces while I did so. I was shocked to see the invoice had some fictitious discount from £21 something. Even Halfords don't charge that!
Andy Burnham has promised to crack down on things like this, and rightly so!
