Yet another online retailer that says it has stock and quotes a delivery deadline and uses a countdown to pressurise into buying. When the part doesn’t turn up there is no phone number. No response to chat and a long wait for an email that states it will
Come eventually as the part comes direct from manufacturer…. There should be a law about making false statements about stock and delivery times to take a customers money…. Now my car is sat waiting. Should have gone to Eurocarparts…..

Great level of stock, keen price, easy to use online page helpful staff especially at the Whitfield Dover Branch

Their cut off time for next day delivery is 10pm and items are dispatched same night. Be careful this is not the case as my delivery didn't arrive and was ordered before 10pm. Don't offer a service or advertise a service which you can't provide. Avoid!! Same with click and collect one person on counter and still have to queue jokers!! Have now started using MPD and local supplier again.

Great service fair prices and quick order to pick up

Ordered a car battery online. The online order process was very straightforward. The battery arrived ready for collection. The counter staff (at Wokingham) were very helpful and friendly. The battery was keenly priced compared to the competion and the service was top notch.

Excellent online ordering service, using registration number to ensure the right part.
Friendly staff when picking up too (i.e. he laughed at my joke!).

Quick service and great prices

Ordered a coil spring on a Wednesday and was told it would be here within 2-3 working days. Told it was going to come the next Monday and unfortunately did not. I had to delay the service on my car. I then spoke to a Live Chat who had opened a case and said they’d get back to me. No one got back. I had to call up GSF headquarters regarding this and now they have said I will get this part within the next week. Unfortunately I am now having to wait over 2 weeks for a part I was supposed to get within 2-3 working days. Service and MOT delayed.

Fast, got my strut mounts 20 minutes after order, would recommend to others in need of parts

Bought a vee belt and new alternator online and picked up at local branch in Wokingham.
Cannot fault the service at the Wokingham branch and quality of parts supplied, a small hold up on refund for the old alternator but was cleared up quickly after calling the online business team in Birmingham.
Will certainly use again.

I bought some de-ionised water for use where minimum conductivity is essential, this water was 14x more conductive than allowed and 50x more conductive than what I usually buy form Halfords. Both bottles were the same, so wasn't just a rogue bottle - maybe a rougue batch

The person at the desk at the store was good. He had identified the fact that the incorrect parts had been sent to the store . But the correct parts were there after 3pm the same day . Fortunately I could return to store the same day although I did have to make a detour to achieve this. So overall 4 out of 5 .

The most friendly, jolly and knowledgeable sales people at the Eastbourne I have met for a long time. I ordered the wrong part which I returned, they found the right part and replaced it with no fuss whatsoever. Great service
