Parts ordered and paid for, message for e me to collect. Drive there and half missing and told to come back. Parts I took did not fit. Came back and the rest of my order had been sold to someone else!
So after wasting the travel time four times, standing in a massive queue of people with complaints I did not get anywhere.
Had a refund which took a couple of days to come back. Got it all on Amazon next day.

Ordered and collected with no hassle.

Went for an interview at one of my local pubs with the manager from Bulwell and the Regional manager!

The company offered me a roll at the branch with the terms and conditions we agreed at the meeting. 38k and Saturdays till 1pm.

However I rejected the roll last week, as the offer still wasn’t that great, I’m then slagged off by the branch to customers, claiming xy & z.

I have the offer letter to share with anyone and the adjustment on Saturday hours.

I asked the region manager Jamie about this and put the phone down on me. And was told a complaint wouldn’t go further than him!!!!

Shocking staff you have GSF. Stan would be turning in his grave. GOD rest Stan.

Used the online webchat today about a home delivery as I had rang the store but they don't deal with home deliveries to find out when parcel was coming started the process at 1:27 and still technically waiting now it's 5:48 no reply constantly been on next in the queue since 2:30 absolutely ridiculous what a waste of time 🙄🙄🙄

Parts were perfect good quality and priced good too.
Parts not there at the time specified had to call back in afternoon

Good, but slightly more expensive than eBay

This is the second time I’ve used GSF and the second time I’ve been let down.
First instance a few months ago I ordered new discs and pads and they sent the complete wrong discs for a different make of vehicle.
This time (Monday) I’ve ordered an oil change kit (filter and oil). Told order would be ready the next day (Tuesday) at 10.15, on arrival I found out they didn’t have the oil and could I call back that afternoon.
Call back to be told it will arrive at some point tomorrow (Wednesday) now as it’s coming via courier from a different branch.
If I hadn’t already paid for the items I would definitely go elsewhere again.

When ordering, i was told that the order would be ready at 10am the next day at the exeter branch. I arrived at 12 noon the next day. There was a long queue & only one person on the till. I got to the front of the queue 15 mins later & the parts had not arrived. I had not recieved any notifications. While waiting, I had to listen to the 'banter' & swearing of the people in the adjoining room. They could've been put to far greater use serving the customers queuing for parts. It is the first time that I have used GSF & was extremely disappointed.

I ordered parts on a Saturday & your website said they were in stock. I received an email that they could be collected on the following Monday.
When I went to collect them on Monday afternoon, they were not in stock and would not be available until the next day, so I had to make two journeys and delay completion of my project.

Awful online experience. Paid for parts that ultimately were not delivered. Then, after eventually being able to speak to a fellow human, sent replacement parts which were clearly not for my van, explained to call handler who insisted they were correct despite their own website stating they wouldn’t fit - funny enough they didn’t fit. Went to the physical store who were great, got the correct parts. Online store promised courier to facilitate return of incorrect parts, no show, physical shop wouldn’t accept return. Weeks later still waiting for refund. When I send email trail which sets out my need to return for refund they simply reply ‘how can I help you?’ Don’t even read email trail which clearly outlines my refund case along with proof of return by courier - very frustrating. Often takes several days to respond. I will absolutely use physical store again but I will never again order online - atrocious service.

Excellent range of products online. Very easy to find what I wanted and order click and collect the same day.
