Excellent place quality parts and excellent customer service

Totall rip-offs, I purchase a part on saturday from the store, as there were different variants i could not do it on line, the girl at the counter was not interested in giving me the part no so i could order it while i was there would not use again, much friendlier when it was SCMF

Ordered the part online. Quick and easy, I was kept upto date via email and text when the part would be ready to collect. Called into the Bolton branch, met by a very helpful, pleasant and professional gent behind the sales counter. All in all 5star service with very reasonable prices.

Awful. After chasing my order 2 days after the delivery date, finally getting a reply my order was cancelled. putting us an over week behind schedule.

Getting parts when they say they are going to get parts by

Parts took ages to arrive , fed ex unable tried to deliver 2 times only one showing in the fed ex app, no way to update the app to add delivery instructions. Gsf live chat only and couldn't reply to emails so had to submit details every time on the gsf webpage . When parts finally arrived one was missing and had to organise a refund and then had to go out pay more to get the part I wanted . Will never order online again , in-store is fine but never ordering online again. Got an apology days later but guess what ? Couldn't reply to it !!!

Prices seem pretty good, as does the choice, and click-and-collect is useful, even if the guy on the counter looked like he'd sooner be somewhere else.

Ordered via app for delivery not turned up customer live chat feature is useless and customer service is useless. Used these loads and as of now not returning. You take my money but don't deliver the goods

Waited approx 5 minutes before anybody even noticed i was standing at the counter. I made light of the situation, but even so, not great. And the icing on the cake, when I went to use the spray grease, NO NOZZLE INSIDE CAP. I don't have the energy to bring it back , but honestly won't be rushing back to you im afraid.

Always get what I need , I've been able to collect the same day which is important,as I usually leave things to the last minute, really helpful staff and always friendly. It really is the only car part shop I use as the prices can't be beaten, I would and do highly recommend GSF thanks all.

Ordering was easy, but, sadly in-store wait time was too long!

You had one person serving and a customer, in front of me, who was asking lots of questions. That's OK.

However, you have a one-way mirror in this store, there must have been someone noticing a person waiting long... they should have come out!

Or you need a system of a bell that the sales assistant uses to call another person to serve.

The new team at GSF are very nice, knowledgeable and customer focused.

I am a returning customer because of the new team and management.

Could have been 5 but for a glitch in the system that meant I ended up chasing my order.

Other than that a great selection and delivery service is always available

Parts ordered and paid for, message for e me to collect. Drive there and half missing and told to come back. Parts I took did not fit. Came back and the rest of my order had been sold to someone else!
So after wasting the travel time four times, standing in a massive queue of people with complaints I did not get anywhere.
Had a refund which took a couple of days to come back. Got it all on Amazon next day.

Ordered and collected with no hassle.
