Had to give 1 star as couldn't give 0 ordered for home delivery said would be in 2/3 days on day 5 got message saying request for refund had been received I NEVER REQUESTED REFUND?

Paid online to pickup when got there wrong part … listed wrong on there website was excuse took 3 days to get money back as they did not have part in stock (bmw x3brake pads)

I ordered online they sent most of my things but left out my break pads I contacted them for days to get no response at all fair pricing but rubbish customer service! And not got my money back despite my many messages to them. Absolutely shocking service robbers I want my refund for the part I didn’t get! FRONT BREAK PADS GOLF!

I shouldn't have to chase you for a refund for a returned item...

I was messaged my item would be ready for collection at 11:15. I turned up at 11:15 and was told that they wouldn’t have it until after 2:30 because it was still at the Bradford depot and I could pick it up from there.So when I got there they had the part but told me they couldn’t sell me it but I could order it online with them. The part was on the counter in front of me but told I would have to wait about 45 minutes for them to process the order

i had click and collect items.I waited along time as the guy serving me said he couldnt find the parts in the warehouse

Great prices and parts. Sometimes can take a while to be seen to as most staff seem to be hidden in the office behind the counter but otherwise brilliant.

Absolute shambles.
Ordered a wing mirror on Friday as it said I could collect after 10am Saturday (next day).
Same part elsewhere is under £50 but was happy to pay their price of £75 for speed.
Went after 10am. It hadn’t arrived. Try again Monday.
Went back Monday. Yep, you guessed it. It hasn’t arrived.
Nobody had the courtesy to pick up the phone or email me to tell me my order still wasn’t there, and the store had no idea when it may arrive. Pointless offering next day if you can’t meet it, the can’t meet it again.
Lady on the counter was apologetic but said online is nothing to do with them. I’ll never use the store again, regardless. Cancelled the order and got one online 2 days later for £50.
Save yourself the hassle and find a different company.
1 star for getting the refund in a reasonable time.

Staff at Widnes couldn't find my item even though it was actually in stock and had received an email informing me of it's arrival. Had to make a second trip to be greeted with the same response but in fact they just hadn't looked

It's very efficient the staff are very friendly as well as professional i like the personal touch how they call you by your first name while serving you nice touch
