This company is advertising a product on eBay with false information.
Here are the basic details.
Product. Yuasa car battery
False information. That this product fits a Nissan Elgrand Vehicle when it does not unless you make modifications to make it fit.
Both eBay and gsf are misleading customers.

There should be a "No star" option, particularly when dealing with such an unprofessional company.
I ordered 2 items on a next day delivery basis. First item arrived with no issues. After not receiving the second item I contacted them directly, via email and telephone. They advised that the part was coming direct from the supplier, and would take 3 to 4 days. Still no sign of the item 3 weeks later.
Contacted them once more, again via email and phone, this time I was told the item was lost in transit. They stated they would contact the supplier to ensure available stock, and call me back to confirm delivery date.
No call or email for 4 more days.
Phoned again, this time I was told that the delivery address wasn't complete? How could this be correct when the first part had already been delivered 5 weeks earlier??
The agent then stated that there has been a note on the file to say the supplier is now out of stock, since the same date as being told it was lost in transit.
My vehicle has been off the road, but I have been lucky enough not to need it until now. I have now requested a refund, but going by the experience so far and other reviews, I don't hold out much hope.
Very poor service from what once used to be a reputable company.

Item ordered had email to collect next day. Traveled to the branch and it wasn’t going to be there till next day ! Other item was advertised on the website but staff member at branch couldn’t find it said it must be not stocked anymore. Absolutely useless

Easy to order online, great price for a quality brand, staff very pleasant and helpful.

About 10 drivers stood around and only 1 guy on the till. Guy on the till is friendly but busy. None of the other guys even acknowledge you are there waiting to be served, let alone actually serve you themselves.
Adblue product was rubbish. Couldn’t even screw the funnel onto it. Asked the guy to help, he also couldn’t. Tried a new box, the same. I asked and the guy and he Offered a funnel but it was too big. He did try and help me so thanks to him. Took the product anyway and had to pour it into the old adblue bottle I had. Eurocarparts much more friendly and helpful

Supplied the wrong part or faulty part. Theres no way to contact customer support besides an online form, they have no phone number and nobody answers live chat on the website.

No response to the customer service form either so far, so I'm £200 down and have a useless part a week later, and my car is still off the road.

My reccomendation would be to avoid, there's no customer service. Buy from somewhere that appreciates customers, It's time we started to vote with our feet

Been waiting for a refund for coming up on 2 months. As the website suggested the wrong thing. Apparently it’s been forwarded to manager twice but still I haven’t heard anything

Been using them locally for a while and nothing to say.
This last time I ordered a few things online and, when I noticed it was taking too long to be delivered, I contacted them just to be told they don't deliver to my postcode ( Portadown -Nothern Ireland)
And only then they started the refund process.

I gave the dude my order and he had it ready in three or four minutes. No waiting

Had to give 1 star as couldn't give 0 ordered for home delivery said would be in 2/3 days on day 5 got message saying request for refund had been received I NEVER REQUESTED REFUND?

Paid online to pickup when got there wrong part … listed wrong on there website was excuse took 3 days to get money back as they did not have part in stock (bmw x3brake pads)

I ordered online they sent most of my things but left out my break pads I contacted them for days to get no response at all fair pricing but rubbish customer service! And not got my money back despite my many messages to them. Absolutely shocking service robbers I want my refund for the part I didn’t get! FRONT BREAK PADS GOLF!
