I ordered an ebook for my oceanography class that was listed for $15, and after I ordered it, I checked my bank account, and they took $30 instead of 15. WEIRD. I had a feeling something wasn't right. And i got an email saying that in the next 1-15 hours Ima get the book and it's been more than a week. DONT ever purchase anything from this website, it's a SCAM

This company is listing my address on Carbajal Rd in Taos on their website. They do not answer their messages or phone.

Got the watch I ordered just fine ordered a ring a year later I'm still waiting you think they could respond if given the runaround better business bureau I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy

Still waiting for goods ordered on 9 February 2018.

My order hasn't come.
All response emails from them are obviously prefabricated, and do not answer any actual concerns regarding the missing merchandise. Upon stating I wanted a refund for the order I haven't received they simply sent the same email respond regarding shipping taking 65 days to some countries (which passed long ago). Again I demanded refund, again, exact email response to the word.
TOTAL RIP OFF. BEWARE OF SCAM

I love the products. Very stylish and a great talking point at my workplace. Will be buying again very soon.

Excellent service if you have a problem they are right there I recieved a watch with only 1 side with a band sent off an email an i got a response practically straight away they where magnificent just had to send a photo of the watch an the replacement was in the post so yes they have very good customer service i would an have recommended them to a few of my friends who have also got watches an rings from you ....Keep up the grest work

I still have not received watches that I ordered on 19th February 2018, I have asked for a refund of the money paid for shipping, and still have not received the full amount. I have reported to trading standards after speaking to the Citizens Advice Beaureaux and will be writing to the company instead of trading emails.
Canny scam they have going for "free watches"

My watches are beautiful, but my ring was too small! I gave the ring as a gift rather than return!

I love the watch. It was just big for me. So, I gave it to my sister. She loved it.

Ordered twice (November and December 2017) but my orders never arrived.

I bought a "free" Gatsby watch, only paid $13.99 postage. Ordered on March 11th, it arrived on April 6th. It was in perfect condition but could easily have been broken as it was only in a plastic bag in a grey postage bag. No padding whatsoever.
The strap is lovely and it's nice on but the watch itself isn't worth a bean. It works when it wants to, has stopped and started several times and isn't reliable at all. I may replace it with one that actually works.
So for about £10 I've ended up with a fairly nice but cheap bracelet that doesn't tell the time.

I purchased a watch free from Facebook and was slightly concerned it might be a scam. But the communication about postage was great and I received my item quite quickly for how far it had to come (I'm in Australia). I was quite impressed. Though the quality isn't what they advertise, it's definitely a cute watch and I'd be happy to purchase again from GYO london. These guys are legit

Finally received the watch after a long 2 month wait and what a load of rubbish the watch is. I wouldn’t even be able to give it to someone as a present. It is tacky and bad quality and wouldn’t have paid the money for it. Unfortunately it’s going in the bin. I would send it back if I could. These reviews must be made up because the quality of the watch is so bad. So annoyed right now.

This watch is being sent from overseas but they won’t tell you that when you order. Expect to wait over 65 days to receive the watch. I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it was going to take that long. Won’t be ordering again.

I love my watch and considering it was mailed from Africa, I'm very impressed!
