2.5m delivery time
We ordered 2 double beds on the 6th July. 2 delayed delivery dates- now due 23rd September- 2.5months after the order. Terrible customer service with it.

I ordered a bed and a mattress
I ordered a bed and a mattress, the mattress has still not arrived and I have not heard when it will come. I have guests arriving in 4 days time and potentially no where for them to sleep

Avoid – Serious Design Flaw and No Effective Aftercare

I would strongly advise anyone considering buying one of Habitat's mirrored sliding door wardrobes to think twice.
The wardrobe has what I believe is a serious design flaw. During assembly, one of the supplied screws penetrated the back of the mirrored door panel and shattered the glass. There is no clear warning anywhere in the instructions that this can happen, despite the obvious risk. Critical information like this should never be left for customers to discover through online forums after the damage has already been done.
The wardrobe itself is also exceptionally difficult to assemble. Once the mirrored panels are fitted, it becomes a challenging and stressful job for the average DIY customer, yet it is sold as a self-assembly product.
What made an already frustrating situation even worse was the customer service experience. I spent almost an hour on a web chat, only to be sent round in circles. I was told there were no replacement mirrored panels available and that my only option was to dismantle the entire wardrobe and return it. After spending hours assembling it, that is simply not a practical or reasonable solution.
To add to the frustration, I was then given another telephone number and told to start the whole process again just to make a formal complaint. The complaints process is unnecessarily complicated, inefficient and appears designed to pass customers from one department to another rather than resolve the issue.
I am now left with an incomplete wardrobe, a shattered mirrored panel and no straightforward way to obtain a replacement part. For a company like Habitat, I expected far better product design, clearer assembly instructions and significantly better after-sales support. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

New conservatory furniture
Having had my conservatory recently replaced and now much more useable, time for some new furniture - I looked at a lot of different places that had similar style / size as this, and habitats fitted the best for quality, price and the right size. All delivered on the day requested and within the 2hr window advised on the day before delivery - Delivery guys carried right round to my garden, ready for me to unpack / build and into the conservatory - And it looks great.

Amazing stylish design, great quality
Amazing stylish design and really good solid quality parts and structure. I love the caps to prevent the screws from rusting! The delivery was a breeze and it was really easy to assemble.

The curtains arrived with corroded metal rings and I had to return it straight away. I have given 2 stars because, even though I was disappointed with the product, the returns service was pretty straight forward.

Never received the goods
Never received the goods.
Update after two weeks of waiting - Argos now cancelled my order due to 'fluctuating stock levels'... after I have been told twice by two different customer service advisors, that my order was already loaded onto a van to be delivered..
They have been misleading me for as long as they could, to make me wait for something they clearly never had in stock.
Didn't shop at Argos for ages, wont shop again anytime soon..
