Great product
Great product, can in a reasonable time frame from order. Driver was exceptionally friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Only feedback would be delivery window was all day, would be good to have a shorted window with in like 4hrs, or a tracker / what number you would be on route or even a 30min call beforehand would be ideal. Thanks

My client is very unhappy with the delay, and this is affecting our service. Please can you explain what has happened with the delivery and provide an update as soon as possible?
I am not happy with the service and would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.

Antwoord van Halcyon Timber
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
Firstly, we'd like to sincerely apologise that your delivery did not arrive on the requested Saturday. We completely understand how frustrating this was, particularly as it impacted your own customer and the service you were trying to provide.
Whilst we always do our very best to meet our scheduled delivery dates, there are unfortunately rare occasions when factors such as driver hour regulations or other unforeseen operational issues mean we are unable to complete every delivery as planned. We appreciate that this is disappointing, and we're very sorry that your order was affected.
Since speaking with you, we're pleased that we've been able to arrange delivery for today, and we hope this helps minimise any further inconvenience. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to resolve the issue.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to put things right, and we hope we can restore your confidence in our service.
