We’re very sorry for the confusion and any frustration caused. Unfortunately, we were unable to fulfil your order for the MOT Type 1 bulk bags due to stock availability issues at the time, which is why the order was cancelled and a full refund was issued.
There was no intention to inconvenience you, and we apologise that this was not communicated more clearly at the time.
Kind regards,

Sales guy was helpful and the driver great too.
Sales guy was helpful and called when they couldn't fulfill the whole order. He worked it out! The delivery took a week and I had short notice after having to chase but the driver was the great. He carried the timber from 40m up the road and didn't complain.

Thanks for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear the delivery arrived at an inconvenient time for you.
We do send a delivery information email out with every order, however occasionally these can end up in junk or spam folders depending on your email provider, so apologies if this was missed on this occasion.
We’re pleased to hear you were otherwise happy with the service and delivery, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback.

Hi Russo
Hi
Normally happy with your products but a couple of packs of battens are very warped that bad I can't use them what so ever
Plus the delivery driver who ever it was just threw the on the ground I think he maybe tipped them of or something
I don't like to complain I just normally use the company anymore
29 april 2026
Antwoord van Halcyon Timber
Thanks for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with some of the battens and the delivery on this occasion.
As timber is a natural product, some slight warping and imperfections can sometimes occur. However, if the battens are excessively warped and genuinely unusable, please feel free to send a few photos over to us and we can look into this properly for you.
We’re also sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the delivery handling. We move large volumes of timber every week and while we always do our best to ensure everything arrives in good condition, issues can occasionally happen. That said, your comments will be passed on internally as this is not the standard we aim for.
We appreciate your continued custom and hope we can resolve this for you.
