Worst customer service
Worst customer service that I have seen. They market about the warranty of their products but offer nothing. Customer service is really bad. They gave us address and contact information of their authorized service centre and when we went there they said no confirmation was received. When we reached out to customer service over phone again they said they would not send any emails or confirmation and we have to deal with service centre ourselves as they have different operating procedures. Instead they offer to ship the new product where shipping fee is not included in warranty and is more than half of the products purchase cost.
Abysmal customer service and processing
I ordered a steamer. My order sat in ‘label created’ status for seven days before USPS ever received it. Customer service sent me the wrong templated responses and didn’t seem to be reading my messages. It took a full week before my package entered the mail stream. This was unnecessarily stressful, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering directly from Hamilton Beach. Forget about anyone answering the phone. I should have ordered it from a site with better customer service. Lesson learned.
This is one of the WORST BRANDS OUT there
This is one of the WORST BRANDS OUT THERE I have 2 different blenders and tried to blend up some already cut up carrots. Simple right? I guess not for the two blenders I been at it for an hour now and I found a small plastic piece in one the the blenders. It's really loud to and does not do the job for nothing please don't get these blenders I'm telling you it's the worst brand yet for blenders
I purchased a Hamilton Beach upright freezer. Never again.
I purchased a Hamilton Beach upright freezer from Costco in Feb 2025. I came home Aug 5, 2025 to what looked like a crime scene from defrosted berries and red juice seeping out of the freezer door on to the floor. Curtis is the company for the 1 year warranty coverage on the Hamilton Beach Freezer. I contacted them in August. Finally in October Curtis said they issued a check to me but it would take 4 to 6 weeks to receive it. I was in shock and asked WHY so long. They said the check was coming from Canada. I still don't understand why it would take so long since it is just a envelope. They just kept saying it was coming from Canada. So.... My freezer barely made it 6 months in operation, hundreds of dollars of food lost, and it's going to take around 6 months to receive a replacement check.... if I receive it at all. In this current economy not everyone has hundreds of dollars extra to buy another freezer while they wait months for the replacement check.
NEVER BUY THEIR PRODUCTS
On 26-Sept-2025 I purchased a multicooker directly from the Hamilton Beach website, the QuikCook™ Pressure Cooker (34508MN). The product page had an advert that said “Free Air Fry Lid with Purchase” underneath the listed price. I purchased the multicooker, expecting to receive the air fryer attachment with it. I received my delivery on 8-Oct-2025. There was no air fryer attachment. Thinking that it would be delivered in another shipment or that perhaps there had been an oversight, I called Hamilton Beach on Friday, 10-Oct-2025. The representative informed me that they would not be sending me the air fryer attachment because the item should have appeared in my cart when I placed the multicooker in my cart. I spent a couple of weeks going back to the website before actually purchasing the multicooker, and the air fryer attachment was NEVER automatically added to the cart. The ““Free Air Fry Lid with Purchase” still appears on the website for the multicooker. When I told the representative that the attachment didn’t appear in my cart and asked if she could just sent out the attachment to me, she rudely refused. She kept going back to saying that the free attachment has to be in the cart in order to receive it with my order, but as I stated earlier THE ATTACHMENT NEVER APPEARED IN THE CART! This is FALSE ADVERTISING. I don’t think I’ve ever had a company refuse to accommodate a reasonable request like mine, ESPECIALLY when it is Hamilton Beach’s fault and error that the item didn’t appear in my cart. The representative refused to send me a prepaid shipping label as well for returning the item. This company is incredibly rude, unreasonable, and has no idea what customer service is. If they don’t do the right thing to remedy this situation I will never buy their brand again.

I will never buy another product from them. The product book talks about a 5 year warranty. The 5 year warranty is only for Canada. The US warranty is 3 years. I waited on the phone an hour just to hear this news. I purchase a quieter 55 Blender Series B0212CE
Model 53602. Also, there is no replace part for the drive coupling. The customer service suck and this product does also. Let me apologize to Hamilton Beach for purchasing your product in the good old USA.

This product is not built to last. Purchased Feb 2024. Stopped brewing Oct 25. I called Hamilton Beach customer service and after 20 minutes on hold, all they could offer was a 15% discount if I purchased another one on their website.
Why does the time display have to look…
Why does the time display on my new microwave have to look like a semi approaching me with it's bright's on? If you refuse to give me a dimming control, could you AT LEAST pick something less than the flood lights of a major league ball game?
Terrible Warranty - Shame on Hamilton Beach
I purchased a Hamilton Beach steam iron that looked and felt very high quality — unfortunately, the steam lever did not work properly from the start. The lever is supposed to adjust from “off” to “little steam” to “full steam,” but mine only went from “off” to “on,” with no variation in between.
After using it for about a month, I contacted Hamilton Beach customer service. I was told they would send me a replacement, but that I’d need to pay $14.99 for shipping and handling. When I checked the warranty information that came in the box, I did see that clause — but that detail was not mentioned anywhere when I purchased the iron from Bed Bath & Beyond.
So, now I have to pay extra just to receive a properly working iron — something I already paid for in the first place. That doesn’t feel right. Most reputable companies I’ve dealt with provide a prepaid return label and replace defective products at no cost.
To make matters worse, I was instructed to cut the cord and discard the iron rather than return it. You’d think Hamilton Beach would want to examine what went wrong, but apparently, they don’t.
All in all, this experience shows me that Hamilton Beach does not truly stand behind their products. I won’t be buying from them again.

Yeah, I bought Hamilton beach. Bottle can up under that folds up and you recharge it. But the brief battery is no good and no one to lean to the d*** phone 8 minutes. Then I pushed on 11 and then still, it's the 8 minutes. I don't know what the I don't know how they make game business with their crooked ways. Asked them a trivial question about a toaster, and this is what they replied to me:
"Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the requested information as our company regards product design information such as drawings, bill of materials, specifications, test specs, performance specs, specific component/part materials, identification of suppliers/vendors and technical design rationale as being proprietary"

Bought a Hamilton Beach fridge that died in less than a year. It was still under warranty but they are not available and warn that it will take 20 days to treat a case and that THEY will decide if you are refunded or not.
Not to be picky but 20 days without a fridge is kind of difficult. This is extremely disrespectful toward the customer.

Sticker on window of Microwave for lock features would not even peel off and when it did left marks that had to be rubbed (and still not off) with rubbing alcohol. So are are brand new microwave looks nasty if it was not so heavy I would return to Walmart. This is the same that I had before and the enamel inside started peeling off so was afraid to continue use. Last time I buy Hamilton Beach
Poor product quality and customer service
I ordered one of their blenders through Amazon and right at a year later it completely stopped working. The warranty is supposed to be 3 years for my particular product. I called them about a replacement and they almost denied it because Kylee for North Carolina and her supervisor were not knowledgeable enough about how to make seamoss gel. I had to tell them that it is a daily supplement that I consume, which is categorized as food, for them to agree to grant the sorry warranty. Since the warranty does not cover shipping cost I had to pay practically half of the product cost in shipping fees. Once the replacement tears up, which I give it another year, I will not patronize this brand. The product quality sucks and the customer service is not any better. Shameful!

I bought a flex brew coffee maker and it began to leak right after purchase....It continuously got worse and because the model and serial number was an older model, Hamilton Beach wouldn't replace the unit, or offered little to no help at all trying to help with replacement parts, such as the coffee pot!

The flex brew scalded my face!
The flex brew coffee machine had an error message show while I was brewing an individual cup with a kuerig pod. I went to open the canister to fix it and the pod exploded and sprayed boiling hot coffee all over my face and chest. Blistered! I sent photos to Hamilton Beach and asked them to please just let others know what happened to me. They said if I don’t send the unit back to them there’s nothing they can do. I had unfortunately thrown out the machine. This is the 3rd unit we had issues with that they kept replacing, I don’t recommend Flex Brew - it’s junk!
Toaster will not function until you…
Toaster will not function until you slam lever down 3-4 times. Brand new 2 slice, just threw out a brand new 4 slice, same problem! They build junk. Called CUST svc they said for me to ship it back at my expense because I didn’t save receipt. Bought at Walmart for under 20! It was going to cost almost that th ship it back. Told them I throwing it out and have learned my lesson on not buying Hamilton Beech!

bought a Hamilton toaster. the plug is in the front. My plug in is in the back. Stupid idea. It is so stupid that they don't even tell you on the box where or if there is a plug. I am taking it back and getting a different brand. I was warned about buying and returning Hamilton products....I should have listened
poor return experience
They do not have satisfaction guarantee. I asked to return an airfryer. I told them the analog dials are not accurate enough for our purposes. They said I can ship it back but if their testing comes back within spec, I will have to pay shipping and they will send it back to me. I am not willing to take that risk. Recommend buying from Amazon or elsewhere where they understand customer satisfaction and no hassle returns.
