Have to say I was unsure just ordering online without see in person. But, I will be ordering again as all fine. Execellent communication, quick delivery and great bed.

The bed is nothing like advertised it looks like a 3year old made it staples all over the place hole in headboard lumps on headboard no refund just don't won't to deal with you once thay got your money don't buy from these cowboys

Lets start with the good. First of all i would like to say my bed is beautiful. Its exactly how it looks in the picture. Looks much more expensive than what it cost. Mattress is super comfortable and glad i paid a little extra to upgrade to a full memory foam. Second. The delivery drivers were very polite and apologetic about not being within the allocated time slot i was given of 3pm-7pm. I was very sceptical when ordering this bed due to finding it on Facebook but im glad i ordered as its exactly as i wanted. I had lots of questions prior to ordering and was always answered promptly. However one thing that let this company down was my delivery yesterday. As mentioned above i was given a time slot of 3pm-7pm, yesterday was also my birthday therefore i had booked a meal for 7.30pm. At 6.45pm i had a message to say that they would be arriving between 8.30pm-9.30pm. I contacted hamptons beds to explain that i was happy about this short notice as i had to cancel my meal when i had already waited in all day to get a response of “sorry but delays happen” i felt that there response was very blunt and unprofessional and i didnt even recieve so much of an apology that i had to cancel my birthday meal. But take away this i am happy with the bed overall. Would recommend anyone buying a bed from here you wont be disappointed but dont make the mistake i made and trust in the time slot they give and spend your whole birthday waiting at home for it to turn up at 8.45pm.

When I walked in there I was greeted extremely kindly and felt wanted there, the lad who was helping us was extremely helpfull giving us suggestions and tips would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service, asked a few questions on the chat before deciding which bed I was going for as it was between two ottoman styles, the responses were quick & very helpful. Once the order was placed confirmation was quick & I was given my delivery date which was within the week. Delivery came exactly when I was advised it would & I was kept up to date on the progress all the way,. The bed looks exactly as described on the website Absolutely lovely so pleased with it, I opted to have it assembled when placing order, great decision the guys were polite & helpful explained how the ottoman worked & made sure I was happy with everything before they left, it's always a gamble purchasing anything online, but definitely recommend Hamptons, Thank you for fantastic service

The bed was delivered within a week of purchase which is so much better than buying from big name companies that have up to 12 weeks waiting time like a lot of the people in the reviews I was a bit skeptical buying from an on line company but I definitely recommend the bed is perfect I got the gas lift ottoman and it’s brilliant built very sturdy and the orthopaedic mattress I got with it is perfect too already planning on getting another one.
