Very easy to Order, beautiful lenses, surprisingly comfortable, premium packaging.

This is an update (better review) to my previous review which at the time was not so favorable.
Originally these items were ordered in mid April and took almost 3 weeks to figure out what went wrong ..but due to tracking issues of not being able to properly follow in real time, being sent to wrong address etc…, I heavily complained to company. I originally had my doubts about them.
However… Today ..To my absolute surprise, especially in this day and age where customer service in general lacks customer support, Haniix worked to rectify a solution and sent out a completely new replacement order to me.
Today I received the box !
To my delight when I opened it, all the lenses I ordered were neatly packed in individual boxes as well as a few extra goodies
Although my frustration level was extremely high over the past few weeks, without hesitancy I have now made a 180 and would like to say
I would order from them again after seeing how they worked so diligently to fix the issue

I like the service and the discounts, the problem is always the shipping costs.

I ordered my first pair of lenses in April, the shipping took a little longer than I expected, but was able to use the tracking .
The lenses are very pretty and comfortable and come packaged in a sturdy box. You get a case to store the lenses.
I liked them so much, I ordered another pair in green. No prescription for mine, I wanted a change of eye color.

I love wearing different contacts and there is another company in Europe, but they charge four times a price. I know this company is possibly in Europe because I looked at the phone number but their prices are considerably less and the quality of lenses is excellent. I’ve already ordered three pair pairs.!

Quick and easy with a large selection of lenses.

The lenses are lovely colours and lots of combinations to choose from. They certainly make your eyes stand out and will turn heads.

Shipping was fast and came with a free eye mask, little makeup blender and contact lenses cases. I got sicly green RX lenses and I love them.
