EDIT 3/9/2026 Haniix did issue a full refund once my review was posted here.

I ordered colorful contact lenses for my daughter to complete a cosplay she made for comic con. These lenses look great in the photos on Haniix’s website, but when they arrived and she tried them on there was no clear space in the middle for her pupil- she couldn’t see anything.

I reached out to Haniix customer service to ask about a refund; we were within the “30 day guarantee” that they have posted on their site. The customer service rep argued with me via several emails, insisting that this is how the lenses are supposed to be made (they refused to answer my repeated question about how one was supposed to wear contact lenses for an event when one cannot see with them in). The photos on their site show a clear spot in the middle for the pupil, and in the one review with a photo attached you can see the black of his pupil in the middle.

In spite of this, they continued to tell me the contacts were made correctly and the pics on their site showed exactly what I received (mine are markedly different and I did submit photos to Haniix). They finally offered me a 50% refund and said that’s the best they could do. Don’t waste your money here- the product is useless and the customer service is awful.

I love the amount of creative contacts they have!

Easy to navigate the website and narrow down options

My contacts arrived today. GORGEOUS!! Very comfortable and you can not tell my brown eyes are wearing green contacts. I am never going back to my old contacts.

I like the comparison of the eye colors on different models, depending on your eye color shade it shows you about how it would look on your eyes.! You have some beautiful colors and I will eventually try more than the ones I purchased

The site is so easy to use and the products are amazing quality I ordered my first pair and they lasted and didn’t have any issues with them at all so I have now placed another order for 2 more pairs can’t wait to receive them. Definitely recommend this company
