Great and smooth transaction

I purchased two pairs of different colored lenses. When they arrived I tried each color on. After wearing a pair for approximately 4 hours, my eyes became red and irritated. They were very uncomfortable and I had to remove them. The return policy states a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all our colored contact lenses. I contacted the company that replied with this: [only unopened products that can be resold qualify under our after-sales policy] That is the most ridiculous “satisfaction guarantee” I have seen. Do not purchase this product, they do not stand behind their false guarantee, and their product is not quality.

The pupil size of my contact lenses were WAYYYYYY TOO SMALL. I had tunnel vision and all I could see was the color of the contact lens. I'm afraid to order again. I ordered one more pair and if they don't fit I will never order from the company again.

The packageing is beautiful 🤩 they have unusual colors to chose from that other lens companies don't offer
So I appreciate their uniqueness they wear comfortably their Customer Service is great they are trustworthy
to buy from and ship 🚢 right away!

Excellent staff and it’s worth of money but there is faulty on lenses sometimes and they automatically send the replacement when complaint about it

It was quick and easy. I have purchased from Haniix before and was not disappointed.

Wring color would like to return for bright color aqua Blu or lighter shade of blue

So far so good I hope the same thing doesn't happen with hanix
