Staff have been very helpful and quick to act. They are friendly and polite and have helped us at each step so far. My only criticism is the 15 minute viewings which feel quite rushed for what is the most expensive purchase you will usually ever make, but otherwise they have been great.

Hannells friendly and helpful agent.
We booked Hannells to give us a standard house valuation for Probate purposes, as we had a previous good experience with them over a neighbours property. The agent, Bonnie, was very friendly and easy to talk to. She measured each room in the house and discussed other properties for sale in the area in order to give us a fair comparison. Her valuation was sent to us very shortly after her visit.
