Anybody about to take out a contract with these seriously need to reconsider there options.
We took out a contract in 2016 and never missed a payment. In nearly eight years we've only had three or four services, they don't send out reminders when a service is due. In October last year we emailed them to arrange a service, they said the engineers will be in touch we are still waiting. We then contacted them about the poor service and got the (due to Covid) excuse which doesn't explain the lack of service before or after Covid. As a service provider they are clearly in breach of contract, the fact that you can't speak to a person over the phone tells you all you need to know about this cowboy outfit.
Further to the above HFB tried to have this review removed, seems they don't like folk telling the truth.

I had no heating or hot water and the response from hassle Free boilers and the engineer was very quick, it was dealt with and fixed in a matter of one day, including having to obtain the part required

Excellent customer service and knowledge from Trudi and the service engineers were also excellent with the installation.

Awful service, am going to have to refer my complaint to the ombudsman.
There’s no telephone number to speak to anyone, this wouldn’t be so bad if they actually responded to emails.
Basic repairs become long drawn out issues, engineers arrive without parts after having been made aware of the issue.
It’s a take the money, tie you in and ignore you after game.
If you can’t contact a boiler repair company that you pay a service for then what’s the point

Reported my boiler my not working. Got a call from Trudie to book in an engineer who came out from Eco Heat within 48hrs. The Engineer was very experienced and polite. Great Service

Great service. Boiler sorted. Trudie was so kind helpful all of the way through this experience. No hot water with small children is no fun. The engineer even took his shoes off and hoovered up his mess. Marvellous!
