Said I only had 9ct not 14 CT or 18 CT…
Said I only had 9ct not 14 CT or 18 CT which I had . I didn't accept the valuation . As few hundred less than I has been told by local jewellery store. Jewellery came back all cut up with some of the stones Inc while the gold and precious stones in bits. Not sure if stones or gold all there as not complete coming back..
Reply to your response I've emailed and phoned you to no avail. My call gets cut off after two rings. You know my number and you don't want o speak to me I'm guessing. The state of the gold and stones showed how much respect and care you gave my jewellery and you say you pride yourself on this and transparency there isn't in what I've experienced.

When your items were assessed by our team, each item was tested using our XRF scanning equipment and returned a result of 9ct gold. As the valuation was not accepted, your items were returned to you.

Testing jewellery can require items to be cut or otherwise altered via destructive testing methods in order to accurately assess the precious metal content. The testing team stripped the non-gold movement cleanly, logged the accurate gold weight on my dashboard, and honored the full guaranteed price rate quoted.
