Hatton Garden Metals Reviews

You were recommended by a friend after I almost agreed to take my old a broken gold to high street store, the difference was significant! The process albeit anxious on my part was so extremely easy and very prompt. I will 100% recommend you to my family and friends in future. Thank you.

I wish I’d heard about Hatton Garden Metals a long time ago, their service is professional and transparent from start to finish. Timelines are exactly as they stated they would be, money was in my account the next day after posting off the package, and I was very pleased with the amount I was paid for my old jewellery items.

I will always use Hatton Garden Metals for selling any other jewellery that breaks or I simply don’t wear anymore and highly recommend you do the same.

Very good service, I was paid promptly for what was a bag of scrap gold. Very pleased with the amount paid. Transparency throughout.

I have used HGM on several occasions now and cannot recommend them enough. The whole process of selling is extremely quick and efficient, from receiving my parcel of unwanted jewellery to payment was a little over 24 hours.
Amazing as always!

I went to sell a coin, and it is the first time I’ve sold gold. The process was very easy, the staff were friendly and informative. The service was faultless.

I took a bag of old and broken jewellery (belonging to my late mum) to Hatton Garden Metals a few weeks back. I was so impressed with everything, I took my own old & broken gold jewellery yesterday. I was recognised as soon as I walked in which was lovely (and a bit of a surprise!). Both dealers that helped were friendly, professional and clearly communicated what they were doing, explaining which items were not gold. I received a fair price, as advertised online and the payment (via bank transfer) took under 2 hours. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

I visited HGM for the second time yesterday with my sister, and once again we had a fantastic experience.

On our first visit, we had some inherited gold to sell and, having never done anything like this before, we were both quite dubious about the process. We found HGM online and were impressed by the fantastic reviews, so we decided to give them a try.

We honestly couldn’t fault the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. They immediately put us at ease, answered all our questions and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. We received a great deal, and the money was transferred into our bank accounts straight away.

We returned yesterday and received exactly the same excellent service. I would highly recommend HGM to anyone looking to sell gold. Great service, great prices and genuinely friendly, helpful staff. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Hatton Garden Metals what excellent service, I sent for an envelope to send in my bits of jewelry they received it the next morning later the same day I was emailed with a good price which I happily accepted and in a very short time it was in my bank account, I could not have wished for anything better.

Good service, great prices given. Would recommend to others

Very pleased with the service. I received a prepaid package from them. The transaction was incredibly fast — completed in less than 24 hours — and I received a better offer than any of the local jewellers were willing to give. Highly recommend.

Super efficient, good price, quick payment, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again. Thank you

Quick, reliable, good comms, super fast payment.

Excellent service. Posted items on Monday and was paid out 24 hours later by faster payments after being sent a clear offer listing weights and prices

Excellent service. Gave me a very fair price for my scrape gold, more than expected.

Very easy and quick process, good staff. Will definitely recommend

I take my charity shop scrap to HGM and it is always a superb, simple and straight forward experience, with no pressure. They're happy to answer any questions and check any ambiguous pieces where we are unsure what we've got. Payment is quick and invoices clear and detailed. No hesitation in recommending them.

I was very worried about sending my gold via post however after lots of research, I decided to take the leap!! I am so pleased I did! Priced quoted and guaranteed for 5 days protected postal service. Fantastic quick customer service payment received within 24 hours of sending

Brilliant. Highly efficient service. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Have used Hatton Garden metals quite a few times to sell my gold and never been disappointed. Forget about what other companies will offer you Hattons are the best. Would recommend go on give it a go.
