Used this for the firs time and I'm very impressed. Couldn't have been easier, faster and I got more money than expected. Will use again.

Very good price received for my gold items- more than expected. Would advise sending items early in the week using the Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope they provide promptly on request. Post this late in the week and confusion may arise, as in my case, when you get one of their Automated No Reply promotional "nudge" emails telling you "we haven't yet received your items" in the late afternoon of the day when they should have arrived before 1pm.

Always good dealing with them.Fast delivery and fast payment.

Fantastic! Extremely professional, helpful and very honest. I had a mixture of 9ct and some (unknown to me) was 18ct which they happily pointed out and I was pleasantly surprised. I cannot fault them in any way, not that I want to. It's very refreshing to deal with a Company like this, amazing & I could not recommend them more. The money was in my account by the time I had a coffee after I had left them!

Visited HGM yesterday to sell 2 items of gold. Transaction was very smooth, transparent and monies paid into my bank account within a couple of hours. If I had more items to sell I wouldn't hesitate to return and would definitely recommend them to others.

Such a simple process, you just simply send your gold and they pay out the next day. I have used this company on a few occasions now and it is literally so easy. Everything you need to know is on the website and the information you need once processed is all in detail.

This was first experience of selling gold....a Gold Crown following a complicated tooth extraction!! - so hardly enough to pay for a World cruise!! - but found Hatton Garden Metals to be thoroughly professional with prompt efficient service . Will certainly go to them again if I have to have any more gold filled teeth out !!!!

Wow!! I decided, after hanging onto my gold for as long as i could, to sell it to an online buyer. I contacted HGM on the Tuesday afternoon following a bank holiday Monday. The online form was basic and took less than 5 minutes to complete in full.
On the Wednesday morning a pack arrived from HGM. Inside was all you need to safely send them your gold. **PLEASE video your articles going into their envelope and seal it without stopping or pausing the video**. This is for your own safety.
I put my gold into their envelope and took it to my local Post Office at 2pm. I followed the package online and it was received by HGM at around 9am Thursday.
By 12 noon Thursday I was offered exactly what i expected from their advertised prices and the money was in my account by 1210.
HGM kept me informed throughout the process that took less than 48 hours from start to finish.
Fair prices (remember HGM dont do this for free and they have to eat) speedy, secure - honestly why would you go anywhere else? 5* and of course i will use HGM when i sell my next 20g worth of precious metals.
