Hays Travel - Alnwick Reviews 

My title says it all. Hayes office in Alnwick provided a warm welcome on a bleak Northumberland day. We wanted sunshine and Nathan found us a lovely hotel in Tenerife.
Everything dealt with promptly. I’ve just had a follow up call offering to print tickets etc. All the staff are a credit to Dame Irene Hays. So sorry to have got her title wrong.

Amazing experience in store on Sunday,Ellie was the lady who was helping me and my partner sort out our holiday,I had quite an extensive list of things I wanted her to accommodate and she did it not a trouble.Her knowledge of different resorts was second to none.She made us feel at ease and explained every step of the process of booking.I would really say if it was not for her knowledge and professionalism I probably would not have booked that day as I was unsure of where to go.Brillliant service in the Alnwick branch.would definitely book with hays again and request Ellie help me.

Very professional but friendly with it. Wasn't rushed. Wouldn't go anywhere else than Hayes for any holiday trips/flights.

Excellent service from Sasha, she listened to what we were looking for and has booked everything to make our cruise special. All the staff are friendly and helpful, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Professional from start to finish, Ellie was fantastic. Sorting any issue's out without a problem.

We don't travel often and decided to go to Portugal we had chosen an area but just wanted some expert advice.
We sent an hour and 45 minutes with a lovely young girl named Ellie at our local branch in Alnwick. She spent a lot of time showing us various options and was very professional and helpful.

Katie was very helpful and spent time,with attention to detail, organising our flights and insurance.

As soon as you walk in the door the staff are so friendly and always make you feel welcome,
Thy are very helpful and always try to find the answers to sny question that I have.

I am stepping out into the unknown and Rebecca was so helpful with an old man ! Really looking forward to making the trip

I met with Katie who was very professional helpful and polite. When booking our holiday we were met with a few options and didn’t know which one to choose. I left it that day and said I would talk to my husband about it and let her know our decision the following day.my husband and I went into the store to book it on the Saturday but she had to make the booking over the phone which was a lengthy process. We left it with her and she said she would ring me when it was all done which she did and so now I have my dream holiday to look forward to over Xmas and New Year. I am excited beyond words.
