Came in later on a Friday and we weren't sure where we wanted to go. Your rep was very patient with us and we ended up booking somewhere. She didn't push the budget or something we didn't want. Great experience!

We booked a family holiday through the Hays Travel branch in Berwick. Due to unforeseen circumstances, 3 people could not attend. The staff in Berwick were brilliant at explaining our options and ultimately co-ordinating with Easyjet holidays to obtain proof of no show for our travel insurance. Really, really helpful in a difficult situation.

The Berwick staff are friendly, helpful and professional and nothing is to much trouble to them.

Just returned from another great holiday and went into my local hays travel to let the girls know what we thought of the new hotel and ended up booking for next year with Danielle who was so helpful and knew what I wanted and even booked my airport parking £35 cheaper than I had saw online. Very pleased with the service I received.

The fact that because the Hays girls are local to Berwick upon Tweed, I was able to talk about what I was looking for for a short break whilst one of the girls dropped her child off for the school residential I was running.

She then emailed me a list of possible options that day; I picked one; the payment link was sent over the same day and it was done and dusted! And all the while I wasn't in the country but didn't need to even set foot in the shop. Now that's a superb booking process and service!
