Booked a holiday today with ease because of Shaun’s professional and enthusiastic approach. Lad really is a credit to the Hays brand. We will be booking many holidays in the future with you.

There wasn’t a question our agent Shaun couldn’t answer and we asked many. We had no idea where we wanted to go and this meant many many options being searched for and sent to us by Shaun, and we fine tuned from there to find our perfect holiday. We realised we could find it cheaper with the company, so of course Shaun sorted a price match. Wholly worth it for the personal customer service experience we got from Shaun rather than direct with the company even at the same price. I’ve no doubt we’ll be looking at upgrades etc nearer the time and I’m confident Shaun will be able to organise this with ease. We’ve already tasked him with searching for the city breaks we hope to plan for this year…thank you Shaun, couldn’t have done it without you, saved me 9 hours of research as chief organiser for our group.

Help with finding the Hotel and booking transfers

Jill booked our holiday today for me,she was super friendly and booking was very easy and quick.She explained all the details back to me to make sure everything was correct.We booked all our holidays at Birtley and wouldnt go anywhere else.

I called in to the Birtley branch to ask for some advice on winter cruises and Jill was very knowledgeable and friendly, guiding me through various cruise options so I had all the information I needed to make a decision. And at a very good price too. Very happy customer here.

Molly was extremely helpful and was ringing/emailing regularly our holiday destinations. Her customer care was exceptionally, thank you Molly.

The staff were great and cheerful, the service was great and quick, they gave me a good choice of holidays to suit my requirements, they offered me extras if I wanted them with no pressure.

Our travel consultant Claire Hickman went above and beyond to answer all our questions and found the best combination of flight times, room configuration and kids club availability for our holiday in Zanzibar after considering multiple options. We are looking forward to travelling next summer.

3 years ago, we travelled with Hays, Birtley. We booked a holiday this week and all the staff remembered us both. As ever they were brilliant, no need to visit a big national brand! Go to the Birtley branch for 1st Class customer service! Oh, and a lovely chat ;)
