This is now the third time using Hays Birtley and I can honestly say I would never trust anyone else with my holiday bookings this holiday was booked with Jill and she has been beyond exceptional there is going the extra mile then there is Jill answered all my questions (and there were many) kept the booking process informal and light which I believe is the USP for Hays Birtley can’t speak highly enough thank you again Jill

I dealt with a young lady called Molly. She could not have been more helpful. She arranged our holiday really efficiently, checked in for us and booked seats. I never felt I was rushed as she was very patient. Excellent customer service.
