Called Hays Travel who took our note of our details and holiday requirements. They called back as promised within a short space of time to finalise the booking. They offered help, advice and support with all aspects from mobility to insurance to travel money without any pressure, will certainly use Hays in the future, thanks once again for looking after us

A really great experience as a 1st time…
A really great experience as a 1st time cruiser and solo traveler I was a bit apprehensive about booking 1.
But Erin was great explaining how everything worked.
I would recommend Hays travel for their knowledge and customer service.

Very patient staff!
We arrived about 4 on a saturday as the only tine we had to look and book.
We were shown lots of options and eventually decided 15 min before closing time. The two ladies were extremely helpful and kept the shop open for us to book and secure our holiday. I work in a school 13 miles away so cant go in during the week as i finish too late. We cant thank them enough! excellent service and patience!
