The staff are always friendly cheerful and welcoming to their customers. Aleisha is a brilliant customer service Agent working for Hays in Forestside Belfast branch. I had a very specific booking to make, where Aleisha was able to gather all the information, make the bookings, sort insurance and set up the direct debit.... nothing was a problem, everything was sorted all in one visit! Really delighted with this service!

I visited hays forestside at the beginning of the month. I was hesitate to return to hays after having a horrific experience last year with the Derry / londonderry branch. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted by Jake, who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during our interaction. I told him an idea of where I wanted to go and he printed some options for me and even offered to show me some local hotspots near to each. Within 24 hours the holiday was booked, and Jake checked in via email to check if he could help me with anything else. The entire process was so professional as compared to my experience last year, and thanks to Jake and the forestside team I have a very exiting holiday to look forward to.
