So far everything brilliant this is the 4th holiday book with you so I hope it goes well. Girl that served us was brilliant. I think her name is Lucy, but I don’t think she’s been there long. She’s a new one. She took her time to make sure which one’s fine in our area not just trying to sell a holiday but actually trying to help so so far for this one brilliant so far.

A very professional and friendly experience. Annmarie and all the team took time to listen to my requirements. Let’s hope the holiday is as great.

Sophie was very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. She listened to our requirements and did her best to fulfil them, offering alternative options when appropriate. Some confusion is as to who was dealing with our booking due to Hove branch being closed for refit

We always try and book our holidays in George Street in Hove. You have an advisor there her name is Anne-Marie.
She is just array of sunshine and nothing is ever too much trouble fantastic experience. It’s nice to see. They’re still our places that you can get a proper service. Thank you, Anne-Marie.

From the moment we entered the shop we were made to fell welcomed .Joanna who delt with us took her time explaining our options so we could decide what was best for us. We were there for nearly four hours over two visits.

Annmarie was unbelievable, we had been recommended by a few different people to visit Hayes, and they were spot on. Annmarie was so attentive and listened to what we wanted and required for our cruise, and then found us exactly what we wanted as our first cruise. We are so excited. Nothing was too much trouble. Answered all our questions we had. Accommodated all our requests. But also has said she is at the end of the phone for any queries. She also explained everything from the cruise itself to visa and currencies we will need for each country. Couldn't thank her enough.
