Service from Charlotte was great unfortunately the systems were not upto scratch. Whilst I have the confirmation I await booking details and receipt for deposit paid.

I spoke to Annmarie and Charlotte who were both very helpful in booking my next holiday to Japan.

The assistant was welcoming and demonstrated a genuine interest in assisting with my travel arrangements which were specific regarding destination rather than booking a standard holiday. I left with more confidence about managing travelling alone and appreciated the time given to ensure I was provided with information and where to seek assistance if needed.

As usual girls in shop very helpful and friendly . Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Also extra bonus this time they saved me money

AnnMarie could not have been more helpful. She patiently searched to find the best flights, explained procedures and is arranging assistance and transport. She will even check in for me.
I am so grateful for her help. As an elderly widow I could not have done this alone.

Initially went into branch office to get information about going on holiday to Amalfi coast in Italy. Very friendly staff and took details of what we wanted. They then did some research and came back with options for us and they made the whole process easy to book.

The Rep was very knowledgeable on the the islands we wanted to go to although she hadn't been to the one we chose..

Excellent service as always with Annmarie at our Hove branch have booked a further holiday through Annmarie and all our help has been really great. Annmarie has always been so very helpful and done a lot of research for us when we needed some help with choosing our holidays, especially our cruises which we have been all enjoyed every time we’ve been.
