All the staff greet everyone with a warm welcome and an instinctive ability to put us at ease. They talk through everything they are doing, including the customer in their search, asking questions and advising. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they all have an abundance of patience. The staff in the Johnstone branch of Hays Travel are just like a family, each one helping and encouraging each other, it makes for a very pleasant experience for the customer.I always feel that booking my holiday here is part of the whole holiday experience because of the way the staff are so enthusiastic, and making me feel that they really want me to have the best holiday.

All the staff are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and always very helpful every time I visit Hay's Johnstone when arranging my holidays.

Popped into the Johnstone Branch of Hays Travel and was attended to by the manager Yvonne who knew exactly what we were looking for regarding our next holiday to Turkey. She sorted out all the details and did a great price match. It’s a pleasant experience and is reassuring to book your holiday with an experienced travel operator rather than online.
Will be back later in the year.

Friendly and very helpful , nothing is a problem as they take time to answer any questions or concerns. Wouldn’t go anywhere else as they give first class service

Agent made us very welcome, advised us on different holidays. Booked and was a very smooth visit.

Went to Johnstone branch to get Danish Kroner and got ripped off on a exchange scam by unknown person in that office. Tried to cancel and told her that I was ripped off but couldn't care less.

Never again will I set foot in this place.

Excellent customer service from Yvonne in the Johnstone shop who worked so quickly to make sure our whole family, who were all on separate bookings could get booked into the same accommodation that we wanted. Thank you so much Yvonne!

Saw an offer pop up on Facebook so called them to get more info - a lovely lady called Jillian assisted me on the call and then by email where I proceeded with booking - loved the fact they send you a secure link to pay deposit and very much look forward to going on the trip next November - would definitely book with Hays travel again based on the good service received

I popped in to ask about the possibility of booking a surprise new year break in Spain for my wife and I. As I was the only customer the two agents in the shop both became involved in finding me the perfect holiday. They also gave me some invaluable advice on breaking the news of the holiday to my wife as the flight outward was very close to Xmas day.
Very friendly personal service. Based on my experience I will be sure to use Hays Travel again in the future.
