Inexperienced staff, didn't really try
Went in to find out information about a holiday advertised on website, the young girl didn't seem to know how to find it, called over the manager who put her onto one of your partners website. None of the holidays matched and were alot more expensive. Didn't attempt to find the holiday on another partners website, told us she would look into it and call us back. Guess what, no callback, didn't expect one to be truthfull. Had previously requested info via email. No reply there either. Will go elsewhere.

Time for a trip away
Gemma found a lovely hotel on the beach for us in Lanzarote, just what we wanted. She also booked our car into the airport parking at Newcastle. She was kind, friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to our holiday in March with Tui.

We went in with an idea of what we wanted and came out with 2 holidays booked and sorted. Staff were friendly and very helpful even with all the changes we made but still sorted and happy

No pressure we just popped in for some advice on a first time cruise.
Person dealing was only new but still knowledgeable and helpful. Sorted the cruise and talked us through options. Would recommend
