Hays simply the best
I always plan my holidays with Hays. They are the friendliest and most professional team around. We go to the new office in Cleveland Retail park, where this time Sean and Lillie helped us to book a cruise for next year. They are very knowledgeable and patient. Overall it is always a pleasure to go there, they make us feel like part of the family.

Went to Cleveland Retail Park to book 2027 holiday to Croatia.
Lauren was very friendly and professional got us booked up no problem.

Sean was an exceptionally good listener and asked the right questions to enable him to know the sort of holiday & Hotels that would suit us. He showed us a a good choice of resorts and hotels which suited our budget and was very helpful at finding out information about the area surrounding the resort and pointed out not only the good but also the not so good etc. we felt he knew exactly what would suit us and he was very sincere in his recomdations.
