I spoke to. Diane on Sunday who helped us so much to sort a holiday out I went in yesterday but unfortunately I forget the young lady’s name but she booked the holiday helpfull understanding and kind so thanks to staff for their help

Nothing too much trouble
I’ve had to visit the branch a few times before deciding on our holiday but Diane could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and there was a nice relaxed atmosphere in the shop.
