My visit to hays travel was fantastic.
My visit to hays travel was fantastic, Claire was pleasant from the moment I walked in, she helped me find the perfect cruise i was looking for and even shared her personal experience of the same cruise to which I found very helpful. I have booked with Claire before which is one of the reasons I chose to use Hays Travel again as she is great, always cheerful and happy to help anyway she can.

Well the answer to every suggested question is 100% my travel agent Linda !
From start to finish she is excellent.
I can say polite , helpful etc but that’s everyone in the branch , Linda is well …. Linda 🤷🏻♀️ . She is a wealth of knowledge. After booking a holiday for my daughter and her friends and after answering EVERY question then giving useful suggestions , she has the most enviable unlimited patience of anyone I have ever seen . The girls have a holiday they are over the moon with and are so excited about . I made sure we used Hays because I want my daughter and friends to be looked after and have the holiday they pay for . I know if there are any issues Hays will go above and beyond to help and resolve any issues .
Their holiday inspired me so much I booked myself a holiday the very next week and yes LINDA was my first and only person I needed to see.

She explained everything and also answered questions and our concerns, about fuel and the new ongoing system at the airports. She also transferred our pending holiday to Newton Aycliffe. She also helped me with the app. She also ordered our currency for us.
