I was given a friendly welcome when I entered the shop. Mel was very helpful, as I wasn't sure where I wanted to go this time around. She spent time to ask me what i was looking for and she showed me quite a few places yhat i had never looked at. She was very knowledgeable on the areas that we looked at,and told me the sort of things that i could do on this holidays. She also took time to explain everything to me

Visited recently to make amendments to existing bookings and book another holiday. Both Mel and Ruby were very professional and helpful in making all the necessary amendments as well as ensuring best deal was secured for holiday in October. Keep up the great work 👏

Walking through the door I was greeted with the friendly smiling faces of the staff. This made me feel comfortable. Ruby who helped me with my options, for a holiday cruise, explained what was available. Her descriptions were clear. The booking process was easy to follow. The whole process was good and I would certainly go to Hays Travel again.

We had an idea of where we wanted to go. They were so helpful looked at a few hotels and companies ended up with jet 2 cheaper and we've flown before with them before , organised airport assistant for us evey thing was sorted . Couldn't fault Hays brilliant.

I had a holiday insurance query and left the shop with insurance for the year.

Ruby was very helpful and made sure to take the time to listen to what we needed, and found a holiday that was right for us. She made the process very straight forward and i would recommend anyone to book through hays.

Ruby was relaxed and professional throughout our booking of our trip to Krakow. She had been there herself and gave me full details of her experience. She tried her best to book excursions but the tour company needed 30 days advance notice. She did however give the name of a tour company in Krakow in order that I could try to book in advance of getting there. Which we have done.

Very disappointed with the service they provided to my sons who booked through them on my advice. Ruby told they she booked a twin room with swim up pool so they went ahead with the booking and paid the whole amount due to the holiday being close. Once they arrived home they went through their booking details to show us the holiday they booked. To their surprise there was no swim up pool included and they have been allocated a double bed. So they will have to sleep together. They rang Ruby who took care of the booking. She said she thought she'd booked the swim up pool room but realised they would have to pay £400 pp more for that option. My sons asked if they could change hotel and she suggested to have a look at the TUI website and then come up with a new hotel which they did. When they rang they were basically told they would have to pay 70% penalty of the amount paid as they are requesting a change in the 28 days prior to the holiday (booked the day before). No way to find a compromise or an find an apology. Nothing at all.

Ruby was extremely helpful checking out all requests regarding this holiday.

Visited your vine place store. First class service from Ruby and Mel who were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Secured a great deal to New York at a hotel suggested to us by Mel that we hadn’t previously considered.
