Booking a holiday on the basis of an advertised deal
Initially called in to book a holiday to Lake Garda as £100 pp off the advertised price was available. However that was not the case as the deal had expired. I was disappointed but went ahead with the booking anyway and were given a small discount on the holiday. Callum was very friendly and processed our holiday professionally and quickly.
