The experience was very good
The experience was very good. Grace who dealt with us was patient and knowledgeable. She helped us decide on cabin choice and another member of staff was able to give us information about the ship as she had visited it a few months earlier.
Our documents were emailed to us straight away.

We use you for all our holidays
We use you for all our holidays, but the lady serving us this time did not impress. She called us over while she was still eating she was good at finding the information but not friendly matter of fact no personal interaction.
