Great service. Told staff member what we did and didn't want in relation to flight times, things near hotel and requirements for the kids. Covered all holiday companies and found us a holiday which ticked all boxes in our budget.

Hays travel in the whiterose are always helpful and very friendly staff. Ella who we go to every time is always very helpful nothing is too much trouble and she always has a smile 😃 on her face. Very happy staff and atmosphere, happy to go thru every aspect of the holiday and tweaking it to suit myself perfectly and reassuring myself with any concerns or worries I have as a single traveller, this is the 4th overseas holiday this year all thru Hays, I wouldn't use anyone else
