I put the wrong shipping address in the online order. Called and was treated to an extremely helpful employee who rectified the situation. The recipients loved the goods in the basket.

I ordered a plush, pink rabbit for my new (and first) Granddaughter's arrival. This was selected specifically as it's a family traditon for our newborns to get a plush Rabbit. I paid over $120. I was informed by my son that they sent another item of poor quality. *At no point were we informed that the product we ordered was not available! Or perhaps they shipped the wrong item in error. This was so dissappointing! :0(

package well received; sent to my son recently diagnosed with Lyme disease as a "pick me up" and it worked, beautifully packaged and happily received. shipping as stated on the order.

Would have been helpful to add a notice about some of the contents (the Brie cheese) requiring refrigeration however. It was delivered prior to the booked delivery date and hence by the time it was opened it was over a week without being cooled.
Barrel was replaced by a chopping board which was actually lovely my son reported.
Shopping at Hazeltons is much less stressful for me as I have used on several occasions now.

This is the third time I’ve used you guys for families that have lost someone I don’t do flowers anymore. It’s a waste of money extremely happy and your customers. My family and friends have been over the moon with what they’ve been given. I haven’t personally seen anything other than pictures that have been sent to me, but I would definitely recommend 1000 times over extremely extremely happy with my purchases with you guys. Thank you.

Keep away from these tools. They don't guarantee delivery, they pack poorly and their stuff is over priced. My kids tried to send me a gift basket for my summer birthday. The package was supposed to come on Friday and was delayed.Came on Monday. Dropped without announcement on my porch in 30 celcius weather. Tiny melted ice pack on a festering Havarti, thawed (no doubt on Thursday). Salami percolating in oil in its plastic wrapper. Called for support...Send us pictures of the disaster. Um, what?!
Do not order from these people. Gifts are supposed to come on time and in good order. They don't care.

The basket contents were exactly what I ordered from the website. Presentation was beautiful and it was delivered to Vancouver on time. I received a picture of the delivery. Couldn’t be happier.

Hazelton’s was a great experience. They contacted me right away when I had to change the date of my delivery due to the flowers. When my boyfriend’s parents got the gift they were impressed by how beautiful the flowers were. Everything was up to date and came so quickly! Recommend to anyone

I recently ordered a birthday cake for my daughter’s celebration on 14 July 2026, and overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the cake. It was beautifully made, tasted excellent, and was enjoyed by everyone at home.
However, the delivery experience could be improved. The cake arrived later than expected, in the evening, and there was some minor melting along the sides. Fortunately, the cake had been packed with ice packs, and after refrigerating it for a couple of hours, it returned to excellent condition without any significant impact on its appearance or quality.
As a customer, my recommendation would be to ensure that cakes are delivered within three hours of being dispatched for delivery. This would help maintain the product in optimal condition and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Despite the delivery delay, I appreciate the quality of the cake and the care taken in packaging it. With some improvements to delivery timing, the overall experience would be outstanding.
