Overall pleased with the artwork, prints look the same as advertised, I ordered white frames which could have had another coat of paint as you can see some of the natural wood in the grain/gaps. The customer service is a let down. The delivery time stated on their website was not met, waited almost 3 weeks for my order to arrive. Poor communication and no updates along the way seeing as there was a big delay, I chased to ask why there was a delay and was told my order would be despatched by the end of the week and it wasn’t. Chased again twice with no response.

We recently ordered a trilogy called Patagonia - after deliberating as there are so many beautiful canvases to choose from. Our order arrived soon after with great communication throughout the process. The artwork was beautifully and very securely packaged. We are delighted with the canvases. They are vibrant and so well made. We will definitely be ordering again and would recommend Hdlondonart !

I bought some canvas prints from London Art and was impressed with the quality and the framing they did. With canvas prints they leave a small flash gap between the frame and canvas stretcher, which is a good detail. They were also good value at a discounted price. We were so impressed we purchased another two sets of framed prints - also very good quality. Didn't have to wait long for them either.

Would highly recommend. Excellent customer service and will definitely use them again.

Avoid this company!! the quality is shocking and certainly not worth the amount paid! They also dont offer refunds as the prints are “bespoke” how are they bespoke when there set sizes that anyone can order!!! Rubbish service and cheap prints. Never again!!! Dont waste your money. Im not happy.

I have ordered a set of Santorini canvas with black frame and couldn't be more in love with it! They arrived quickly and they are stunning piece of art. My hallway looks fantastic! :)

Bought 3 lots of wall art from HD London and they are all outstanding.
Delivery was a couple of days slower than advertised but when I asked for an ETA I received a response immediately.
Well worth the money.

I ordered a Framed Wall Art Canvas and put the wrong colour frame on the order I got in touch with Hd Londonart and they changed it for me. It arrived today 21st August and I am really pleased with it. Great customer service and highly recommend them

Picture arrived within 2weeks with updates along the way, glacier picture with black frame,large is beautiful just what I wanted fits perfectly behind my 2 seater sofa and blends in with my other decor I love it 5 stars

I am currently sitting in the dark as to where my 2nd print is. I received one print out of 2. Christine has ignored last 3 emails of me trying to chase up this up??
I have just received an email requesting me to rate them after the sale. I haven't received order!! For the 4th time, could someone please contact me regarding this order!!! This order was placed July 25th

I ordered 2 xl framed artworks , unfortunately due to evri only one was delivered - after contacting the team at HD London Christine from the customer service team got right back to me has already sorted out a new replacement coming to me and kept me updated constantly 5* service from start to finish highly recommend

Excellent service and fab pics look amazing in my bedroom . I incorrectly ordered the wrong frame emailed and received an email straight back confirming they would change the order fantastic service I will be ordering again !

Beautiful artwork, lovely designs, looks very luxurious and arrived in perfect condition. They are ready to hang too which is really useful!

Purchased four prints, two were duplicated. Emailed the company multiple times they said they would be in touch but to no avail. Now forced to contact my credit card provider for a refund. Absolutely appalling customer service.

Further update, now have the print thanks to the founder, Alastair’s intervention.
